  1. What are u guys talking about. A team thing he provides is mobility, at a much faster charge rate than pathfinder. Sure pathys zip line goes longer but octane charges so fast like every minute or two I can throw a jump pad 😂😂 if I get a gold helm it’s over.

  2. I feel the jump pad is more of a "tactical" ability. I think they should do a rework on Octane and flip his Tactical and Ultimate – Make his jump pad his Tactical with a 20-30 sec. cool down so he can actually give a little more help to the team. Make his Ultimate the stim but add some extra abilities to his stim. He can still run just as fast but he can reload faster, change weapons faster, run through doors if he's up to speed, and/or kick down doors with 1 kick if someone is trying to block it. He doesn't need all of those but some would really boost him up in the rankings. Then his Ultimate would be up to par with someone like Bloodhound. With his stim being his Ultimate, his passive would need to be changed so it doesn't have anything to do with his stim. He could still heal over time or have something like every time he gets a kill in his ultimate he gets a little speed boost or extends his ultimate like Bloodhound. He should also have the fastest or equal to the fastest base movement of all the legends.

  3. They nerfed Octanes bounce pad hard. Octane is actually really low tier now. They shortened the distance and height of his bounce pad by 50% and there is no longer any super jump

  4. Don't get me wrong it's a great game but that aim assist needs to go .they talk trash when an in game mechanic fixes their aiming focus this sucks they need to get rid of it plz lol

  5. Actually I feel like octane may be more of a solo legend, he is my guy! But I feel like he does very much contribute to a team. He is perfect for rushing in and knocking people so you just have to have people you can rely on. 🥵 love the content

  6. I feel like they keep buffing him individually because he’s not SUPPOSED to be a team legend. He’s one of those I’m-tired-of-looking-after-the-team-I-want-to-have-fun kind of legends. I feel like if they do change him to make him team based, I think it’ll just end up ruining him in the end. I like Octane as a solo legend and while they could add a little bit, they shouldn’t change his be-ahead-of-everyone-else nature

  8. They're not gonna make him team oriented, they literally said they like how he is because that's what he's more designed for. He's meant to be a solo style legend, for people like Jankz. His bad win rate is more to do with him running in to bad fights and dying first, because you had no hp, costing your team that fight, and likely the game. At least, that's my opinion, and sounds like they feel the same.

  9. Are we just ignoring the fact that if the devs reduced the damage taken when stimming would work much better. Having more rapid healing would make meds and syringes obsolete for him which could seriously throw off the game balance. Reducing the damage when stinming would be better because there wouldn't be a consequence when running into a fight
