I gave my son my first PSN account when I got a PS5. My Apex account was around lvl 300, with no heirlooms. I got to 203 on my new account and got shards but I'm saving them for Horizon
i got heirloom shards in the first 15 packs i opened, after 2 days playing. I'm slowly realizing why i get so much hate in games for that.. xd

I think that mirage should be buffed (I am extremely biased) but saying as Lifeline had her time as the healing legend, I think that mirage should be able to take that spot now as Lifeline has been needed, only to do that, I believe his decoys need to be more aware and have better motions, as well as be semi drone like and have essentially a trip wire motion detector in front of them, as they already kinda do scan when shot
I love the core game play, the movement, the way guns work, and add-ons to guns, it's all incredible, and seeing fortnite kind of copy apex a load is really interesting and it just shows how genius the developers of apex are.
Since you asked, I have been off and on with apex since season 10. I played 10 a fair bit, got the tier 100 and then 11 came out…. I HATED season 11. I did not want to play Stormpoint ever, Ash was a cool addition but not like meta changing (felt very similar to Revenants release where everyone just kind of stayed in their lane anyways) Then 12 rolls around and the BP doesnt really like blow me away but some good map changes, Olympus comes back (My favorite map) and Maggie is added. Because I am a story nerd I loved the addition of Maggie as a personality and feel it opens up a lot of opportunities for my boy Fuse to be more fleshed out. As much fun as season 12 has been there is still nothing to keep me hooked. Its partially because I've been playing other games like Elden Ring and Valorant but also its just a good season, not great and not bad, just good.

I bought the 20x pack plus salt emote bundle and it was the magic key that finally got me my fucking heirloom shards. I've been playing since launch and it took a fucking SALT EMOTE BUNDLE to get my shards 💀💀💀

Prestige skins should include:
A new dif select animation
Each prestige level counts as a separate skin
so you can random fav each level
You should get a weapon skin that pairs with the skin
A tracker set that includes an image of the prestige skin (each level of the tracker is a prestige level of the skin)

I’ve opened around 620 packs total and level 200 at 250 packs for first heirloom, level 400 and 500 packs overall for the 2nd one I’ve opened around 120 packs and reached 500 since #2 so I’m on the way there
How many packs can you get just for leveling
I wish the game put on a tracker for heirlooms themselves instead of using the calculator because how am I supposed to know how many packs I’ve opened
