You was getting them in normal apex packs as they have decided to make these obtainable permanently, so you can buy them even after the events over so they have been put in the normal loot pool
If you just buy normal packs and you already have the majority of the worse items you easily get 2 or 3 from just the base apex packs gaming merchant did this and this is how you get a loop hole

it kinda sucks that this game is your livelihood for content creation, because this event really sucked, and the game is still bugged as hell and respawn at large don't seem to be doing anything about it either which is really annoying, if this game does get worse and becomes another situation like overwatch, i hope you're able to carry your audience with you and still find success making different content. You're a great content creator. I Just hope apex improves, but i have fears it won't unless we boycott the game, and maybe if more content creators spoke out about the shitty state of the game, like how broken it was on season 9's launch and the constant bugs that have been in the game for literally 3 seasons or more. We could hopefully pressure respawn or EA into making a genuinely better live service experience for apex players. I love this community, I love this game, I love content creators like you, But i hate the people who run this game.
