CD Projekt Red issued an apology to fans after the botched launch of the console versions of Cyberpunk 2077. They’re even recommending players return the game. But is that even possible? And does that make everything okay? We don’t think so.

  1. This is all so shady. We are reaching the apex of this the-game-is-not-finished-but-we'll-patch-it-later landscape, but this is an entirely new low. They hid all the issues, worked their staff to death, and have been totally called on it. Will they learn? Will any gaming company learn? Probably not.

  2. The really problem here are these so called "gamer" who force to tell the dev team to release the game, they want to be please. But in reality they aren't the real gamers. Real gamers can wait, can respect the dev team.

Wake Up People, you have a reality to burn.

  3. Of course they did. They didn’t show any footage and told reviewer not to show it…

Also this game never looks appealing to me. I keep watching coverage on it and it never sold me.

Also stop believing hype from media. Think crackdown, sea of thieves, this game, no man sky. Stop preordering

  4. They should have stoped the PS4 and XBOX Versions and just Release it for PC and NEXT Gen Consoles, then all would be fine. The Old Hardware is not enought to Play Cyberpunk and it will never be cause -> Cyberpunk 2077 NEEDS a SSD to work fine. Its too Complex for nomral HDD's like in PS4 and Xbox. And YES They Knew it, but i bet the investors said _> Release it on PS4 and Xbox.

  5. The Story and the core game is amazing… but that is when I can play it!! I have it on XBOX One base… and when I play it, I tend to look past the majority of these issues and get lost in the game. But, when I get a hard restart and all the other issues to boot, I find it difficult to not want to keep playing or reloading that save.

For me there was only one game breaking bug… and I was able to figure it out within the first few hours. Now I am over 30+ Hours in an the content here and quality in the story is amazing! If I could have had this experience unbuggy… I do see a game of the year in it.

Sorry CDPR, but caved to the pressure and did not give this game enough time!

  6. I haven't gotten too far in it but I do have it for my PS4 Pro. It's not terrible but there are some bugs but they're not as bad as what I've seen online. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get my hands on a PS5 but I think I'm going to stick with it and just hope that things get resolved whenever I'm able to score a PS5.

  7. Idk why people r so pissed about it. When people can wait until it is patched or wait to buy it. Plus getting free dlc and also getting a free upgrade to a newer console is something other companies don't usually do. Cdpr is not a bad company unlike EA. @IGN
