I have a technomancer and use both "Trick Up the Sleeve" AND "Toxic Lead." My blighted rounds can still run out. I SHOULD be getting 70% refund when killing enemies.
@LtBuzzLitebeer Not to sound condescending here….but you keep saying it makes no sense how health and anomaly power are affected by increasing/decreasing item level pieces…..but it makes PERFECT sense, because your stats page says it. You get BONUS health and BONUS anomaly power for each AVERAGE ITEM LEVEL you gain. The "Average Item Level" is directly under your "Max Wearable Item Level" stat, and if you hover on it, you see exactly how much bonus you are getting for the Average Item Level you currently have. I don't know why no one ever addresses this. The reason your Health and Anomaly Power go down when you swap to the iLvl 45 Handgun is because your Average Item Level decreased, therefore reducing the BONUS you get to Health and Anomaly Power down to the "Average Item Level" of 48 or 49 (I'm not sure as you didn't show the average item level when you made the switch). Again, you get BONUSES to HEALTH and ANOMALY POWER in relation to your AVERAGE ITEM LEVEL. Check your stats page, as the information is at the very top.
for expos. i use the mod "not impressed" 25 % damage reduction from elites.

Try to have weapon leech and skill leach on your weapons as well if you are running an an anomaly build. Just firing your weapon and using a skill will grant you health.
Games repetitive, and end game is just a messy grind. The Division 2 is still the best live service looter shooter as far as builds and gear. I mean a normal mod can drop a named loot in Dv2 Outriders was fun story was ok. But it's not worth playing to grind low percentage of gear and no insensitive to play with others in the chance you might get kicked after grinding end game.
In short just play tech bc its braindead easy to setup

The only survival mods I use are 'not impressed' and 'emergency stance'. If I change then I die in ct15 solo. I have no other option.
I'm stuck on CT 13, all my gear is max lvl (48 at CT 13) except my pistol which is probably lvl 46. The problem I find I am having is that my other 2 lvl 48 weapons (with maxed stats) aren't doing hardly any damage, is this because my pistol is not up to par? I am a little confused as this seems to be what breaks me in game, I have no problem surviving I just end up swarmed because my guns aren't doing what it seems they should be

The part with the same lvl gear is for sec weapon and for pistole too? If my Main weapon is 47 and my sec. Weapon , Pistole is on 40 is this a diff for my complete stats?

If you made it to WT15 then all the way up to CT10 and don’t understand these fundamental basics then you’d be better off just deleting your account. Or quit gaming
On ur first Pyromancer Build 3 Weeks ago u call mods with much DEF Stats and highly recommand this one. And now u talk about "we need only 2 Mods for DEF and rest DAMAGE"? I farmed for this 8 Mods… 7 Days?! And now u tell thats not worth? O_o I mean come on -.-
Why still playing ? And i have finish it twice with 2 class, it s just a waste of time, and oh my i love farming, but here, it s pointless, the game is dead.
Thanks man, just join your discord and I just noticed on my build nothing but survivability mods, going to take your advice and change up a bit
