  1. Delays are good imo. Doesn’t guarantee a good release, but a delay doesn’t make me upset.

I’m not that interested in Outriders ( art direction doesn’t land on me ), but I genuinely hope it’s good for the people hyped for it.

  2. The delay is worth the polish and to add some of the things the community has been asking for. The community manager has pushed alot of this to the developers and hopefully we get those things.

  3. I did some research, looking at competing games scheduled releases. Destiny 2 “Chosen One” season is slotted to start February 8th. Division 2 has the reanimated event starting on the 2nd of February. Lastly, Warframe’s next dlc is slotted for January 24th. Congruent to your comparisons of similar game releases and lack luster gameplay. Outriders would sink under the waves if released Feb. 2nd unstable. I don’t think that April 1st is feasible either. If this game hype is not satisfying financial goals allowing us “play testers” to try their game is a play on the psyche of consumers. The game problems will be viewed as “just a beta” instead of the incomplete game we could of had. At this point outriders needs to take the path few have taken, allowing stable repeatable gameplay to speak for itself. If Outriders has issues like the comparison games and looking at competitions road map. I think this game gets pushed back to sometime in July or early September.

  4. Really torn on this, appreciate getting to try it myself before purchasing and don't mind the delay BUT sick of being the tester for devs, sick of none of them EVER being able to set a realistic date and hit it and frankly think the there just aren't enough good coders out there to go around based on how many glitches and bugs EVERY game has.
