I enjoyed my first playthrough. Cover seems pointless, and the start of fights is almost too chaotic when solo. The pacing of the game seems to make you want to move up to engage, then run backwards to avoid melees. Odd cadence. Visuals are top notch and the story is gritty and interesting. I may be sold on it, but I want to try the other classes first and grouping up first.
I’m not buying it servers don’t even work for me
I really enjoyed my playthrough. I completed the demo with Devastator. I stacked HP with reflect bullets and was a God! I did die a few times to bosses until I learned wtf I was supposed to do. Devastator was very fast gameplay and when you get (per demo) your build to where you need it you get FAST clear speeds. I may try other characters and I should, but Valheim! Thanks for the coverage.
I'm downloading the demo now. Hard for me to step away from LE but I'll give this a chance. Looks fun. Can you play with others in the demo?
The blue items gave more ability-related buffs/changes. And I guess epic and legendary or even better gear than blue gives more stats or things that alter the gameplay or plays around with some sort of build.
