Really like your channel lono and I have been watching you for a long time. I'm getting close to leaving destiny 2 myself and I will stick with your channel and look forward to seeing you cover other games. Thank you for all of your hard work.
Colbert on the Dr seuss bit. Skip towards the end

The game not being live service is a good idea cuz by the time we get to endgame we can tell the devs what we really want so if we want more classes they can focus more on classes or new guns etc.
Someone mentioned Remnant. Outriders feels a lot like Remnant regarding movement and animations. It just doesn't feel right for some reason and gives off a very janky, amateurish and/or unfinished feeling. The cover system needs a huge overhaul. It's one of the worst I've ever seen. Another worry of mine is that judging by the demo it feels very level based and not like a bigger more open world, which is a huge turn off for me. IDK. So far It's not great but they still have time to fix things.
Great content and coverage as always.
Keep it coming Lono. Really happy to see you branching into other games. I hope Outriders is actually such a sleeper hit!
None of this comparisons or “Destiny killer” narrative that people are quick to jump to. Just nice and healthy competition.
It could be the jump start Bungie needs to stop sitting and resting on their laurels. Us Destiny fans really just do take a whole heap of awful content and grin and bear it because they know they’re fan base will frantically clamour at any morsel of something new. But we need to speak out about their constant steps in the wrong direction til they know they can’t force feed us drivvle anymore! Competition can only help to allow franchises to grow better and flourish.
They did a deep dive video into the crafting I believe. You can equip which mods you want on it with a maximum of one swap out if a gun has two+ mods. Seems you can use materials to level up a weapon beyond what it dropped at and turn it into better rarities (rare/legendary) so if you get a great weapon and roll you don’t have to refarm it, just raise it up alongside you. Sweet.
Destiny sucks anyway
bruh, never heard of you before, got to know you through Outriders, went to check whats all the drama and man…you handled your shit like a true man, you got a new fan!
Not just because Outriders but because of who you are!
Got all my support!
Hey, I heard about the drama from a random video. Good luck, Twitter crowds can be assholes
@3:31:00 You mention "being denied health" by others. I doubt it works like that as Trickster and Devastator gets healed by enemy dying near you. Pyro gets healed by enemy killed while marked. For technomancer it might be something that happens from time to time as you need to be doing damage to heal (same with all talents/mods/guns with life leech on dmg) but I'm pretty sure that with a proper build and enemy density for 3 players you won't ever have that issue. Also with your turrets/gadgets you're the support / long range and you're the one healing others most likely :^)
