I think this is very random and not a fact. I played both CT 15 and 14 a bunch since the patch and yes I do somehow get more legendaries on 14, but armour values is absolutely random and getting the stats you need + mods you need is way more important than a little extra armour, which honestly does barely any difference in dmg mitigation in higher CT tiers, especially right now.
I do recommend doing CT 14 more right now, but if you're going for amour values you could do it at a lower CT and speed farm or simply do armour shop sniping.

I'm seeing this progress and how much good loot you have, I'm still a level 19 and wt 7.
I just don't have the time to get there lol, it's annoying the farming of this game is so grindy.
we actually tried it yesterday with t14s.
had 4 or 5 runs in a row without a single legendary
so there has nothing changed for us
we also only did a few runs, since we had not that much time to play
but from the like 10-12 runs we had a few without legies

Main reason for 15 is the way higher resource drop at the end. Otherwise yeah 14 is better

I can not find that shot gun at all, the anomaly effigy. Never got it yet.

I'm maxed-out at level (30), reached world tier (15) and expedition tier (15)… According to ther stat-sheet on my inventory window, I am able to wear/use max-gear level (50)…
But for some reason, EVERY single item that drops for me, be it kill loot, Monster Hunt rewards or Bounty rewards… ALL items are gear level 42, not 48-49-50???
Anyone know what i'm doing wrong or is this a glitch???
