  1. I am so burnt out on Looter shooters. With that being said this does look unique and it is a breath of fresh air to have it not being heavily monetized. Nonetheless I will not be getting involved with this game. Returnal on PS5 is my next play! Very much looking forward to that title

  2. Were you playing as a trickster in this footage? looked like you were using long range (so I thought it was a technomancer build then I rewatched the beginning and it was the trickster symbol I think) but the abilities seemed cool. Have you messed with other builds if so what was your favorite so far? I think I will definitely play this coming to gamepass automatically is great!

  3. game is cool, but for solo playing, the checkpoints need to be closer.., it can get tedious having to replay a long sector again, when the difficulty ramps up during later waves.

.. Remnant: From the Ashes has slight better gun-gameplay… but Outriders has a better story & characters .. and better cover-action (both are similar.., just Remnant can become too difficult on hard when soloing it aka some bosses can become impossible.., that aside, some Bosses are cool in Remnant)

  4. For the first game in a new IP it's really good. This game is now Square Enix's biggest seller on Steam in it's history tripling Marvel's Avengers in a few hours. So I guess people must be liking it, enjoying it. I don't like this entitled Karen b*llshit going around lately how everything has to have some deep story, some emotional sh*t… how it has to be everything to everyone and if it's not then boohoo we're going to mope and cry in disappointment. The game is an awesome shooter with awesome co-op. That's what it was intended to be, and that's what it is. This is now Witcher 3.

  5. when soloing it (PS5), I end up occasionally turning the difficulty down one step for a wave, than up again (like from 5 to 4, than asap back to 5), when im stuck too long on the same spot.., the game is clearly ment for co-op, but still very enjoyable alone
… its like L4D, best on highest setting, but not solo-able on it…, so we can luckily switch setting anytime in the game ..
… the "switching the difficulty" occurs not often, but its a huge plus point, we can change it anytime ingame for solo player (and it motivates to try to stay on the hardest, since it rewards with better loot, .. but great we can switch asap back and forth, if it gets too tedious)
