Outriders isn’t going to win any awards for its visuals. It wouldn’t exactly have impressed if it came out in 2016. But while the visuals are a disappointment, gameplay looks to be Outriders’ strong suit, with Gears of War-style snap cover and more than a little Bulletstorm DNA in the mix. Even if the graphics don’t impress, we expect performance to be Outriders’ real savior.
The game’s minimum specs indicate that even the ancient GeForce GTX 750 Ti will be able to deliver a 60 FPS experience, albeit at 720p. The min specs are actually a shade lower than Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, remarkable considering that the latter is a 7th gen remaster. Whether or not it looks good in the process, Outriders looks set to be one of the most performance-friendly titles we’ve seen in a while.

Why is this just a video of a pc gamer crying lmao nothing you complain about actually matters to anyone

It hasn't even been released yet, nor have we seen an updated build. What a ridiculous video. I can see how this played out. someone said that you all needed views, but you didn't have a new video to make. Someone's idea was to bash a preview build of a game from months ago. Smh.
Damn I was vibing to the intro music

I take performance anytime of the day. With all that bells & whistle from the same engine, borderlands 3 has performance issues & that DRM isn’t helpful either.
Did he just say they could’ve added ray tracing without much of a performance hit? Who the F do you have working over there gaming bolt??
You can't buy a 30×0, hell you can't even buy a 2060, without paying scalper's prices, so why build a game for them? 1.8% of gamers have a 3080 — the average card is a 1060. If they're successful they can upgrade graphics and add raytracing in the future.
Looks good this. Will pick it up on sale depending on reviews 👍🏼
Graphics aren't everything in a game you know, but it does help it. Gameplay wise,it does look interesting to say the least.
A little early to be bashing pre-release video dontcha think? Typical GB crap. You guy suck. Why don't you play the game first before you rip it a new A-hole.
Why u bashing a game that’s not out yet. 🥴 The graphics look hard asf to me
Remnant: From the Ashes = the best looter shooter of 2020
This video just on graphics! While I just looking for gameplay analysis
This game looks so generic just from the gameplay. I feel like I have played the game by just looking at it.
Tbh though I rather have a game that doesnt focus on graphics and focuses more on gameplay biggest examples are cyberpunk and marvel the avengers both focused on making the game pretty instead of a full game.
Gameplay over GFX anyday
Honestly, I think they shouldn't aim too high, or we will end up with another Destiny 1 year 1.
I want to play a class that not a lot of people are gonna play
Does every game have push graphics forward?
Compete with Division and Anthem 😀 you are hilarious…not even gonna comment your video based on old build of unreleased game hahaha
I’m fine if the graphics are toned down to allow for a great gameplay experience on a cross play experience. I always thought Division 2 had great visuals on PC but the game was a let down.
Bland
I’m glad Outriders is getting some deserved attention. Like Stephen said below, it’s a bit of a stretch making those opinions based on an earlier pre beta build. On ray tracing; if you look at the third party tech used, PCF advertise the use of RTX and DLSS for Outriders and have stated they are using modern graphics tech.
Looks like anthem before the jetpacks
gamingbolt doing a tech analysis is the funniest shit i've seen on youtube in a while.
Destiny 3?
Pretty sure I played this on ps3
It's a cross gen game. Not next gen. So yeah we all known its a last gen port and I couldn't care less. And it's a AA studio. These graphics are more than good enough.
Videos like these are why Digital Foundry are so successful ;D no one else knows what they are talking about. They just regurgitate graphical terms and hope they make sense. Like saying RTX does not have a big performance impact….dumbest thing I have ever heard..loool….oh utubers….
I don't think this game was built for Next Generation. It's basically coming out at the release of this new generation which tells me they've been building it the whole time on last-gen Tech. Common Sense stuff here
Love the artistry. Like the direction. Doesn't look very deep tho. It's hard to make detailed deep games. Takes a long time. Lots of samey stuff already seen in division and destiny. It's a hard maybe for me. I'll wait on it and see.
Smh Gamingbolt starting to become the next IGN.
You claimed borderlands a juggernaut over destiny and almost lost me out the gate
As long as it's a good game and not buggy as shit cough Cyberpunk *cough*, graphics aren't as important. I'm sure if the game is successful, it'll get visual patches and a next-gen upgrades.
The gear design is very unappealing. Maybe apart from one design which looks like a Hunter from Destiny, nothing stood out to me.
Looks shitty in every way
i will wait for reviews
Naming anthem, division 2 and destiny 2 doesn't really make the genre crowded tho.
Anthem has been finished.
Destiny 2 I'm sure still has players but how popular is the division 2? (really not sure.)
There is room, IF it is GOOD.
I smell another incoming flop with a side of disappointment
This is the reason why developers almost always opt for 30 FPS single player campaigns. Because if most people are not impressed by the graphics then they won’t buy the game.
Looks like destiny… But i liked
not sure I agree with "Not That Technically Ambitious"
