I have some very good gear and still have terrible dps , I’ve been stuck on expeditions teir 14 level 49

Every time I check the shops there’s never an item with ideal stats. I can have items show up with 2/3 but it’s like MAYBE one every 1-2 days that has the 3 stats I want
