Outriders is only getting worse as time goes on as bugs remain unfixed and start multiplying. From starting Expeditions to having the health and damage to actually finish them, the game has just turned into an utter mess with no end in sight.

  1. Thing is, I think this is what they meant when Outriders was officially labelled as not a Live Service game. They put out a product, they might balance and tune a couple passes, and then the devs can wash their hands of it and work on the next project. And I'm not complaining at that; it's what I feel should be expected.

  2. Why do they care if their game succeed or fails? they already have your money.

But yea, Destiny has better exotic drop rates than Outriders' Legendary drops.

  3. All games now suffer from the Corporate syndrome where they rush out to deliver a half baked/tested game just coz it's good for the BUSINESS as they think which in most off the cases is not.
I miss the old days where when u install a game u can play it without any major hikups

  4. It is just “playing possum,” like all the other “Destiny killers.” Lol. I am kidding, of course…people are so quick to write games off, they are not instantly hits.

  5. I'm so dedicated to D2 that I cant add another looter shooter as I just dont have the time, but the game looks cool and I hope the dedicated players have the fixes they need. Hope it gets in a good place. Competition is good for the players.

  6. Was tempted to buy this game, glad I didn’t. Can’t trust the newer games so far. Either buggy or the game is trying to sell you everything. Hard to find enjoyment these days

  7. I've played Avengers, Anthem, NMS, both Division games, and both Destiny games, but this is the first time I've felt truly ripped off by a game. PCF clearly has no idea what they are doing and sold a less-than-half finished game to people and they will never be getting another dine of my money. I STILL play Avengers quite a bit and would still play Anthem if I hadn't maxed all my characters builds because they work and are fun to play moment-to-moment.

  8. I bounced after 1st nerf , really was enjoying it too but glad I bailed early . Keep hoping to see some kind of positive to give it another chance maybe outriders 2….thank god for game pass.

  9. It was unfair to compare this game to Destiny I’m the first place. I place that on Destiny streamers desperate for new content. The only thing that will kill Destiny is Bungie. I paid for this game both PC/PS5 and it was a fun distraction. The bugs and inventory issue lost me.

  10. It was still a great game and many others will play for years because it was a good game . Most of the serious gamers are ready for the next game. Circle of life for a game Paul. There’s folks still playing destiny 1 hard and serious !

  11. Who told these studios that players want to struggle and be frustrated?

The point of Outriders should have been to gear up and make builds to become god-like monster killers.

Replayability should have been finding new, better ways to kill things.

Instead, PCF thought that the only way to extend playtime is to withhold legendaries. That tells me they didn't have a lot of faith in their endgame.

  12. I understand the not giving up on something mentality but damn some have real denial issues lol. Why continue things that make you miserable and feel like you’re wasting time. Games are meant to be FUN, not chores

  13. So relieved to have only played the demo and decided to wait for a massive fix on the game !
Not so relieved for all the players who wanted to enjoy the game day one though… 😕
In the end, the only game I have pre-ordered after the Cyberpunk betrayal is RE8 (after the reviews dropped today).
My wallet is sooo thankful. 😅

  14. I play on xbox 1x and it crashes during game play more often than a standard Xbox one. At this point if it leaves game pass I couldn't be bothered to spend money on it. This saddens me because I like the game.

  15. The best way to get legendary armor is to grind the Hunts for the Trench Town barkeep. You get 3 of 5 pieces across all sets from him. The other two enter the world loot pool after last couple expedition completions.

  16. Bottom line is: We were promised a product, and they delivered something that was decidedly not what we were told. People got robbed. This "game" is just a disaster.

  17. Love the game, but I stopped playing endgame when I realized that I’m never going to get the weapons /armor i want. I’ll be back when they buff legendaries and fix the issues.

  18. i beat it solo, not by choice, 100 crashes later, losing a days worth of gear which was half my armor/atk score, and did 1 expedition solo, again not by choice, then i said id wait til its reported as fixed like cyberjunk, but i guess that might not be for a while if not ever lmao smh

  19. Glad I had connection issues when it first launched. Sounds like it saved me a lot of heartache. I did like the mechanics the little bit that I played.

  20. I wanted so much for this game to just work and be good for the amount they charge you… guess that's too much to ask these days.

I'm fucking done with the hype machine and the lies, if you're not an indie game I don't even look at you until one year later.
