My question though is if someone pre orders the game & gets these weapons i know we can up grade them. They should also be added to your loot pool if u also pre ordered the game.

I’m on Xbox, but I will be going to GameStop and paying full price for the game. May not mean much to most, but I haven’t paid full price since I bought my Xbox, nor have a shopped at GameStop. Lol.

I think the game is definitely worth preordering if you don't have Xbox game pass. For myself I'm on PS4 Pro and pre-ordered Outriders several months ago after watching lots of game coverage on it's official channel.
As far as the bonus pre order Hell's Rangers pack, I'm personally not impressed with the outfits or weapon skins although the truck mods look pretty cool. Especially that Cerberus three-headed dog piece!

I've been playing the beta like crazy and I've got 9/10 legendaries, but I've got a new gaming PC arriving Tuesday. Any idea if I can transfer my characters/progress between PCs? It seems like character storage is local and I'd really hate to lose all that progress.
