Outriders gameplay will have both world tiers and challenge tiers. The Outriders gear will be able to level with you to a certain degree and People Can Fly released info on Reddit about how it will work. Outriders info continues to come out right up until release, and you will want to know this.

The Outriders gear system is something that players have been dying to dive into with respect to both crafting, modding, and more. Recently People Can Fly put a nice graph on reddit to make it clear exactly how the World Tiers and Challenge Tiers will work in relation to the level of the gear that you find. The Outriders end game has been touted as fully fleshed out and completely separate from the main campaign. Even though the game will not have “live service features”, it still seems they have been very thoughtful and thorough with how the post-campaign experience will work. Timestamps below…

  1. 13:10 a PERFECT example of why Lono is a step above other gaming content creators IMO. “It’s just 4 hours of progress” is his response to no cross-save. I think it’s still kinda crappy that there isn’t a cross-save feature, but Lono just accepts that and moves on for his community. I hate that I can never really catch him live but I love watching these videos while I open my store in the morning.

  2. the guns aren't throwaway there are builds that focus mainly on guns you can decide whether you want to focus on your abilities or your guns it's all viable

  3. I think Luke pyramids are subjective and that the influence of social media artificially makes those pyramids because everyone thinks the people who post things on social media are experts when they're all just a bunch of people. People shouldn't put so much faith in social media posters

  4. The gear system is important because it influences how you play the game. If you don't care about the system, you will put yourself at a disadvantage. But these are the players that watch videos saying "This is a good setup to run". These players don't want to be in depth with the gear, they play for a good story or fun game mechanics. If you don't have those, the gear means is secondary to them. Hopefully the Devs learn from everything The Division did, good and bad.

  5. New sub and here to show support for Lono and to show positivity to someone that has been treated so horribly by such weak people.

I guess I will try outriders now because I am boycotting Bungie. What they did is disgusting and should be illegal imo.

Much respect to his community for being so supportive. ❤ from Australia!

  6. Subscriped to you because of all the bullshit that happened to you. Fuck social justice. These witch hunts need to stop. Besides that, when I noticed you're actively covering Outriders, a game I'm looking forward to a lot and can't wait to play (I'm on PC and in Europe CEST time zone, so I have to wait until 6PM to play), is a huge plus.

  7. A huge problem I’m having with the game is the fact you can’t mod gear on the fly. You have to go back to camp. And while you are leveling up and constantly equipping new gear there is basically no point to try new perks until you get to max. I don’t know what the problem would be with allowing us to switch mods around while we are playing.
