Outriders is a third-person shooter mixed with elements from role-playing games. In the beginning of the game, players create their custom characters and choose from four classes, each of them has unique abilities that the players can utilize. The four classes include Trickster, which has the ability to manipulate time, the Pyromancer, which can manipulate fire, the Devastator, which can unleash seismic attacks, and the Technomancer. These special skills have a short cooldown time and can be combined with other skills for maximum effects. The game features a skill tree that allows players to unlock and upgrade their skills.
Players can use different weapons such as shotguns and assault rifles to defeat enemies, and firearms can be customized with weapon mods. Players can hide behind cover to shield themselves from enemy attacks, though health will only regenerate if the player manages to hurt or kill enemies. Players combat both monsters and human enemies. As the player progresses, the world level (the game’s equivalent to gameplay difficulty) will increase. If the world level is high, it is more likely for the player to get high-end loot from dropped by defeated enemies.
The game incorporates various role-playing elements. As the players explore, they can explore different hub areas, talk to non-playable characters and complete side missions. In cutscenes a dialogue tree allows to decide the outcome of some conversations, though it does not affect the story’s progression. The game can be played solo, but players can also complete the game together with two other players.

There is better way to farm legendaries. 5 chest in 3 mins 😉
Nice
There is 2 box outside where you spawn in and 2 Iron Veins.
just to let you kow u can farm 5 chest instead of 3 on the altered at the tower mission i start by going in
the building first then do the 1 outside then go down the hill to the 1
near the sewerage pipe then run back and at the end turn right and
follow the path all the way round and down to the concrete ruined
buildings and there is 2 more in them try it and update your vid mate i
farmed it today for 2 hours and got 2 legend weapons i must have lucky
rng haha. great vid tho mate keep them up
Yeah I have to say I think something is going on…. like if you stream the game you have a higher chance at legendaries….. I have been farming for 4 hours now and not a damn legendary…. or I am just THAT UNLUCKY LOL
Is there actually a legendary pistol to get in demo? I thought it was only the lmg, sniper and AR for now
Sonva…Bish… i was doing the 5 chest run… my dude is a devastator and not a damn sniper… they gave me the Rarog's Gaze… how ironic
The fact that we’re getting these kinds of videos off of an outriders DEMO has me hyped for the full game. Legendaries aren’t just handed to you like in destiny, they’re actually worth grinding for because of the mods that can be saved after dismantling a weapon or armor piece that has them.
And if I can grind a demo until April 1st to try and get as many legendaries as I can find for my Trickster, that’s awesome. I’m really enjoying this game so far. Had to get used to the third person, but if you treat outriders like a tactical action game, it’s super fun.
I don’t even get frustrated when I die, it just makes it that more satisfying to keep trying until I beat it. At world tier 3 on the first real powerhouse enemies of the game, I actually died multiple times until I had to strategize. Instead of rushing at the boss and spamming him only to get shredded by other enemies, I decided to hang back and let the boss rush me, popping sniper rounds into him, using my abilities when he got close and using a combination of all my weapons as to not be stuck in reload animations.
Letting the enemies rush you instead of you rushing them can really work in your favor with the host of AoE abilities you have and combos you can set up to regain max health as the Trickster.
I’m loving this demo. Finding journal entries, mining materials. Can’t wait till April 1st. Like I said, the third person took some getting used to but it’s manageable. If this game was in first person, holy shit it’d be EPIC!
