  1. Couple things. One. That is not a good farming method at all. The OG captain is by far the fastest and most efficient. Payback is very long with the cutscenes and loading and has less higher chance drop enemies. 2nd. You dont get a 25% drop chance from world tier 5. You get 25% higher drop chance of the base drop chance which no one knows right now, but people think its around 1%. This means you would get a 1.25% drop rate.. its still best chance available right now but a far cry from 25%

  3. Clearly if people don't know about world tier 5 and the percentage of legendaries you really got to slow down read what it says! This YouTuber does not have to tell you that information that you can literally read on the demo under tiers! If you are familiar with division it's the exact same model!
    Except for in division 2 World tiers are based on the gear score you can hit based on loot. Example when division 2 first came out you had to play on the max World tier 2 even hit 300 power+ they expand this model further in the Warlords of New York expansion all they did was they remove World tears and replace it with normal hard extremely hard challenging and legendary. The only downside is ubisoft didn't think about the implications it would have on Signature weapons main perk increase damage on max world tier which made this weapon type useable.
