It’s been a while since I played something this lazy and braindead.

  1. No but you are a bad ass that is stronger than enemies. Is doom!
    A wise man once said,
    "Is same"
-Mick Gordan on that Weewoo video

In all seriousness, what an absolutely egregious travesty of a game.

  3. This actually made me laugh so hard. You literally are standing two feet from the dudes and they all open fire, you still barely die faster then when you were standing at the beginning. Absolutely ridiculous

  4. Nothing is more frustrating than games that treat you like you've never played a game before and put you through cutscene after cutscene with characters you have no reason to care about. Leading you on for an hour before you get to actually play the game.

  5. As a fan of cover shooters myself this is definitely a horrible example of the genre. The entire purpose of your cover is to provide defense, mobility and tactical advantage. To both you AND your enemies.

Enemy A.I. needs to be aggressive and clever. Similar to pieces on a chess board each enemy should serve a role.

Aggressive tanky pushers to break your cover and force retreat.
Mid range fighters that take pop shots when you attack and make flanks on your position.
Long range snipers which are weak health wise, but can 1 shot you if youre careless.
Large slow moving heavies that have deadly weapons and should be approached with caution.
Small, weak, fast but numerous enemies that are all about flanks and melee to take advantage of tunnel visioned players.

These are just a few. But the game is only as fun as its mechanics. Do your enemies actually challenge the player? Do your weapons feel too strong or too weak? Does your player character die too quickly? Do your enemies have too much health? All questions that need answers with fine tuned attributes.
