  1. Okay so here's an interesting thought about the stash and transferring between characters. Let's say I create a weapon with a mod that one character hasn't unlocked yet I put it in my stash and then retrieve it on my other character. Will it allow me to use that weapon or will it give me an error saying I can't use it because my character hasn't unlocked an installed mod on that weapon or perhaps it's there but it's disabled?
