Why not do this and carry it on up to the tower before the boss.
Made 2 different characters so far and only fought the hounds to save friend in both at the moment. Work been beating me up. Might play more on day off or just rest… Oh, was that a sniper rifle? Look cool and trippy. And thanks for all the hard work your team is putting into the demo.
Do we know if killing captains or doing chest runs have better chances of dropping legendaries?

Problem with this farm is it’s essentially on a “timer” based on your world tier. For some reason you seem to lose world tier waaaaaaaaaay faster farming this guy
Find this method few days ago and farm him for 3 hours yesterday, he dropped 2 legendary for me in first 10 min, than the rest 2.5 hours nothing , I guess I take that )
20 seconds? With the perfect build or better yet a great legendary weapon in that build. Good luck farming and don't give up….

Takes him 35 seconds from spawning in to spawning back in. This is how you should count the farming time, since you farm it and don’t do it only once… 20 seconds in thumbnail😂
Another recommendation on doing farm run is to pay attention to world tier yellow bar. Make sure it's full before you start running. Cause it goes down when you die and respawn
Does the demo only go up to world tier 5? If not then farming a higher world tier would work better.
I tried 2 hrs of this farming, Still no luck 🙁 and still no legendary. total of 12hrs of gameplay

It's a fucking demo no legendries should have been in until full game comes out.
14hrs and still nothing. Have done every method.

Is Gauss still dropping his LMG? As I fight him everytime I do the 5 chest run, so as to get him and then the 6th chest. Figured it would up the odds. Still not received a thing, after 14hrs of farming alone. 9 on the 6 cheats/Gauss method and 5 on the captains method
on average im getting one ever 2 hrs or so. gotten 10 drops so far. still missing lightning AR one and the golem shotgun.
On this route there is no marksmen tho, if your farming the captain on the bridge you need to make sure your killing the marksman they have dropped two legos for me.
thanks for this, however if this is how you best get legendaries in the endgame, then it sure will be a boring game. Surely with endgame in place, you just keep doing dungeons on high world tiers, no?

Imagine farming hardcore a demo for weapons you will swap 5 mins into the release…

seriously devastator is prolly the most op class..at this moment. I can kill an entire mob of enemies in seconds without firing a single bullet. Literally just standing there. Dont sleep on trying out builds.
Edit: Only issue built devastators have with farms, well ricochet builds, is not killing all the enemies when you just need to kill a captain. you literally press a button and just stand there, but you cant turn off god mode, it will go off after 5 seconds or so.
These types of farming sucks balls as your world tier bar drops each time you die.
yesterday i was messing around on terra infirma while waiting for my friend to finish downloading the demo so we could co-op. it was just absent-minded grinding without really paying much attention, and frequent alt-tabs to watch youtube.
then i tabbed back into outriders to notice that at some point i got a legendary. honestly no idea when that happened, but it did, so yay.
Only got 3 chest drops so far nothing from the captains yet lol
Two from the 5 chest farm on console. Start only from a cold console boot, the server remembers your game so a game restart is not enough. The sweet spot seems to be about 2 hours in, speed that up by harvesting the two points which can randomly give Titanium so they count as RNG movers.
Guys remember to check the store every hour, just got a purple rifle with more DPS than my rarogs gaze legendary and also got a purple helmet with 2 mods.
Idk man ive tried all of theas and still haven't got anything lol I think the drop rates might be different on pc then console because there was another video with vendors epic sales but on console the vendors never sell them ?
I been hours after hours farming for legendary and never get one legendary -.-'
Yeah honestly just rotate methods when u get bored and eventually u will start racking them up and be careful not to have a full inventory cause they will go into your stash and become unaccessible. I currently have got around 7 legendaries by rotating characters and farm methods.
