Just want to add that you probably don't need Heirloom Armor with a seismic build. The real unsung hero is Skilled Sentry. It gives 20% armor and resistance for 10 seconds when any skill ends. The magic words here being ANY SKILL. So when you use a skill you get the 20% boost. If you use another skill within those 10 seconds. You get ANOTHER 20% boost. So having EQ on a sub 10 second cooldown means you should be able to constantly refresh and keep stacking this bonus. And having 3 stacks of EQ and 2 stacks of Gravity Leap. You can go from zero bonuses to +100% armor and resistance.
With Armor having a hard cap at 85% mitigation having Heirloom Armor, Protected by the Anomaly, and Skilled Sentry is just overkill and I wouldn't be surprised if the perceived effectiveness of Heirloom Armor is actually due to you stacking 60% bonus when you spam your EQ skill.
I run a purple version of this so not as kitted out as I'm taking my time playing the game but the two points past Stone Circle used to get Heirloom Armor, I put into Strong Arm of the Law and Strong Arm of the anomaly. The melee skill is funny though. It is counted as a skill that triggers Untamed Power but it does not trigger Skilled Sentry. Either way, since enemies will always be in the range of Untamed Power when you melee you can do a pretty chunk of damage with this and buffing its damage often makes the difference between killing a stray enemy in one shot or having to use another ability to finish it off quickly. And for elites… especially elites that spawn with a lot of enemies around them, melee'ing into a group of enemies and collecting all that juicy juicy resistance piercing and unloading all of your abilities into them until they are deleted is quite fun.

i do play this build since almost 300 hours without any dumb exploits to farm gear and this build doesnt need a op deathshield, goes faster with deathshild but not a must have.
It's crazy that there's only 13% of the player base that have made it to the challenge tiers let alone even getting to ct15. Only 38% have even made it too level 30. These build guides are a pipe dream for most of the player base especially a month into the game. That being said, on with the show!
My bleed usually does 30m a run. Or 20k a tick. Melee hits for 200k – 320k when they are bleeding (with double melee damage). Usually 12-18m damage a run.
I just finished my build last night and I think a lot of people are sleeping on Scrap Grenade x Fortress. Once you work out the kinks with its bugginess, it's insanely powerful. Mobs die incredibly fast to a single EQ + SG and if you line up your CDs, you can GL > GL > EQ > EQ > MW (4-5m) > SG (1-2m) and have a third EQ ready to keep you up while you SG as a filler until your CDs are back.
Broken game. My skills get nerfed 50% of the time every time in a multi-player match. In about every second or third match on line glitches ruin what could be a fun game.

Hey Mr tew and everyone else. Do you guys just farm boomtown? Like if m trying to gear up to get past ct13. Idk if it's just me but it seems like you get diminishing returns sometimes. Maybe just swap between boomtown and Chem plant since they're fast? Just looking to see what everyone's strat for grinding expeditions are.

Nick! In the third room of chem plant you dont have kill the captains when you activate the elevator! All you have to do is kill the ads and you can leave! It will save you the trouble of killing the captains!

I really love playing the Dev. So much fun. I use Endlass Mass then Gravity leap into the Pulled mobs. Clears the map fast followed by Earthquake. My group like the interrupts and the Birds hate Endlass Mass
So the only way to have fun with abilities is to get the legendaries required for it. Understood
I been playing a similar set up. I haven't been the survivability in the build so instead of armor when enemies die I got for the resistance pierce after melee. It stickers per creature hit and can cap your resistance pierce for 10 Sec if hit enough enemies. We've your melee in as a animation candle between gravity leaps and mouning winds reload. Huge damage increase qnd has used my clear speed considerably. Also I use power assimilation instead of bloody boost not sure if captain hunter would be better than power power assimilation.

I have gear setup for anomaly builds but I don't have funeral pyre and more importantly deathshield, still grinding so I can complete my mines, rocket launcher Techno build.
Now if you can find a way to increase the legendary drops so we can all try these builds that would be epic!
