U can set up auto loot in option, what it does is auto pick anything when you die, leave a area or complete mission, I’ve been farming captain while watching movie, never self pick anything but I never missed anything
Thats all nice,about farming spots. But Im pretty sure somebody took legendaries from my game 😀 I had luck few days after demo launch to drop 2 legendaries. Since then I didnt see any to drop. Even after patch I was awarded by big nothing after completing side quests. Multiple times. It drives me crazy.
It's ridiculous how bad my RNG is I have been playing games since it came out I bet I've put 48 hrs into all these different methods zero drops. Hopefully the new Mission reward I have more luck with
This is absolutely crazy. They listened to reasonable feedback and MADE A CHANGE! Thats absolutely unheard of in the looter shooter genre. They can have my pre-order. I must reward this behavior
Great vid again! 2 things… For PS user go into settings and under game play set your auto loot minimum to Unusual. Then all you have to do is press down on the D pad and any drops will be picked up automatically. 2nd You keep saying rewards as in plural, I only get one each run, not two like we originally got from the NPC.
The RNG in this demo is brutal. Hopefully it's less daunting in the full game.
Between 3 characters, I've farmed a total of about 40 hours (before and since the patch) and got nothing. Sadly, the one legendary I got was in WT4 before that character reached the end of the demo, so its item level 6 or 7. Also sadly, it was Grim Marrow, which isn't great for Trickster (the character that got it), since using it would build resistance to slow abilities on whatever is hit. That won't be an issue once the stash opens at release.
Also, Grim Marrow feels like Hyperion weapon from Borderlands 2, where the accuracy and stability level out the longer you hold the trigger. I don't like that. It didn't feel right in BL2, and doesn't feel right here. Call me an old soldier, but my training in both the Army and as a cop caused me to build muscle memory for shooting 3-5 or 4-7 round bursts to ensure good shot placement. Hard to kill old habits.
I run the third option for farming.
Run trickster with hunt the prey instead of slow trap. You can teleport behind the captain and kill him within three shots. I love it. Probably able to kill 3-4 every minute.
Turn on Auto loot and set rarity to what ever you want then when captain dies hit auto loot button and it will scoop up everything I will even hit it once more before i die just to be sure.
