You are mostly wrong. It's good in one way but not in other. Delaying the game 20 days before the release is kind of cyberpunk vibe. We think we can deliver on 2 February but the game is still broken so we need to delay it. And the demo can be a bait. Perfect build for the demo so now people jump and then the game can be trash but now people would get it becouse if a good demo. I hope I am wrong. I still have my pre-order. Also makes me wonder. If the pre purchase gives you rewards how are they going to handle them. If the rewards are level 1 and we play the demo get to level 5 and transfer. Lots of food for thought.
I'll wait until it comes out. I could care less about the demo. I personally think it's an excuse to just fix the game. Was planning on playing it but I can wait.

Some people are drawing a parallel between this delay and the Cyberpunk delay but they couldn't be more different.
