  1. Appreciate your opinion but a lot of the criticisms for this game applies to basically every other shooter. The game's like a third person shooter diablo, where you experiment with builds, get loot, and traverse through dungeon-crawler like arenas/maps.

  2. The game is great, played the hell out of the "demo". After all these years, you'd think devs could figure out how to launch a game. And if you're going to make a game online only, you better make damn sure it works from your end.. they shouldn't be able to take peoples money for a game until it's fully operational.

  3. I also found it really stupid that the millisecond you popped your head out of cover you would have 7 different hit marker indicators coming at you from the 7 different enemies in the area. They just latch onto you immediately, they do no damage mind you so it's not an issue as far as surviving but it makes the game feel really "untactical". Low impact of combat choices paired with the linear map makes the gameplay so bland.

  4. DC for 3h today, constant crashes, scattering, loot looks the same ( shotguns, lmg and pistols + One epic item on 10h of playing but 2 levels later this nice gun going to trash because another junk shotgun got better dps 🤮 , whole time need to run and squeeze drops of life from enemy's to survive another wave and another captain

  5. Watch reviews to hear other people's perspectives and the general consensus seems to be why is there a cover system? I think SkillUp nails it on the head and it rings true for my playthroughs too – cover is meant for the enemies. I'm watching this gameplay, listening to your commentary about being squishy and almost twitching watching you play with a lax style of movement for how it's intended to play. As a devastator main, one of the key things the build does so well is soak damage, BUT also dish out damage to regain health and stay in the fight. Buffing anomaly power, crackling enemies with a thunderous eruption from and earthquake with the 2x mod to quickly deal AOE damage coupled with gravitational leap to reposition and heal with damage when the fight gets a bit overwhelming is how the game is intended to play. I think if you focus more on aggression with abilities and less on cover/gunplay you will see the beauty this game has.

  6. The thing with looter shooters is that for a couple of weeks everyone is in the honeymoon phase. Then after everyone has blasted through it we will start seeing the game is trash/dead posts and videos.

  7. Honestly in terms of gameplay this game feels like it came out 10 years ago,it reminds me so much of the really clunky gears of war clones that were being pumped out left and right between 2008 and 2012.

  8. Devs previously worked on Bulletstorm and some of them worked on gears of war ( assuming info is correct lol ) so its no surprise it feels like Gears.

Literally unplayable due to constant server down issues. Rip Outriders, another Polish dev company proving their games could've used another year of dev time.
