GamePass was a great move because I have friends that are not huge fans of these linear style pathings, so Gamepass gives the devs a chance to hook them in with a good story and group play.
No problem with losing matchmaking but my buddy always freezes after a mission complete for some reason. Idk if it's him or the game

This game looks awesome and I absolutely cannot wait to play the full game.
I really really wish they would make the icon for when your squad goes down bigger and brighter and more easily seeable while in battle. I say this because I am legally blind and cannot really see that icon at all when my team goes down. I really want to be able to help my team in a critical situation
I dont mind a battle pass combined with dlc sort of like how borderlands does it.
Battle passes don't make sense for a game like this, they should do a proper expansion (+1 extra class, new abilities, new location, new enemies, new gear and maybe even a new mode like a hardcore/survival/horde mode), and price it somewhere between $15 and $25 … similar to Remnant or Diablo expansions.
I play on Xbox and still experience issues with co-op play. Even if my game privacy is set to open, if I go back to lobby after playing it's defaulting to closed and nobody can join me. I literally have to close the game entirely and restart it to play with friends. This has been an isaue since day 1 of the demo.

I'm never sure how I feel about PAID battle passes. Yes, if the devs make a thing that adds to the game they should be rewarded for it. But I don't know if it's always fair to the buyer. Someone who can play 40 hours a week will progress much further than someone who can only play 4. But if they both pay the same for the battle pass, that means that the one who can't play as much will (usually) get far less for their money.
I pre-ordered my copy of outriders on Xbox and I planned on keeping it even after finding out it was coming to game pass, and I wouldn't mind a battle pass if they do it right

Speaking as someone with effectively an AA in Film (just haven't 'turned in the credits') shaky cam has become WAY too common as a tool for "this scene is tense". It's really just extremely lazy camerawork since it's starting to be used in non-tense scenes. People just hire the most amateur skilled camera operator and then don't worry about if they can hold the camera still or not. (Shaky cam is very different in something like horror, or documentary style film, as that is a very intentional amount of shake.) — It's worse in games because they actually have to specifically code to make it do that. (Though I suppose if part of it is buggy movement that also does give them an excuse to not fix it. — Also, for those of us who get motion sick this can be TERRIBLE because in some cut scenes it's so bad I have to actually look away. (Camera shake due to explosions or powers (in Outriders) is just fine and doesn't affect me.)
Dude you really need to stop calling these things a franchise cuz most of these games will never get a sequel and this is one of them and also cyberpunk 2077 so quit calling these things of franchise because it seems like you don't understand the term very well

depending on what is in it I would support a battle pass. no exclusive loot and what not
I finally got some Legendaries the other day. Got 4 of them total in about 4 hrs of play time that day. Legendaries shouldn't be easy to get and I like how difficult it is to get them.
I hope they make a battlepass. It would be very interesting to see what they would do with a 'fair' battlepass. It would be awesome to have real rewards to earn, no shortcuts!

I am on series x and trying to invite people is a PROBLEM it's greyed out if you know what I mean and the game just want allow you to invite or join people you have met via posting! Most of the time you have to reset the game to get it to work! And yes I have checked to ensure my lobby is set to OPEN for those who are wandering about that!
Personally I am good with a battle pass, even micro transactions that don’t impact the game play, so cosmetics, that are lacking, would be fine
I hope they do a battlepass or something cool I wouldn't mind getting some cool stuff from it.
When you give devs a deadline that when games go to shit and screwing gamers with a half as game greed is the problem

Anyone else having problems finding games in matchmaking on the PC?
I'm so tired of battle/season passes and the fomo that usually comes with them. Just give me a big chunk of proper DLC I can enjoy and take my time with without having to worry about shit going away forever if I have to play less/take a break. About the sensitivity "feature"; remove it I'd say because yes, it does feel like a bug. Recoil is fine but don't mess with the sens it feels awful and wrong when it kicks in, at least on m&k.
Yes going into another persons party you can also be booted from the game and blue screened on ps4

Anyone else having troubles getting into games with folks your level? I was jumping in and out of games with my lvl 7 tier 5 pyromancer and about 90% of the time I was back in no mans land with a lvl 2 teammate. The other times, it was a couple hardcore grinders idling…

The problem with matchmaking is it always matches me with players in lower tier levels. Will there be filters for matchmaking a certain mission or tier level?
I find the cut scenes really hard to watch, and my buddy so much that he just skips all of them.
Hm… I think a Battle Pass is fine as long as they stick to the non-microtransactions policy.
Even though it's a full priced game, there's still people working on it way after its release, and equipment costs.
It's fair to charge a bit more in the form of a Battle Pass in my opinion.
