In this video we are talking about the tier 15 expedition, eye of the storm and how it’s an absolute joke for it to be put into the game the way it has been. How these devs can charge a huge amount of their endgame currency, give no extra player rewards, have stupid times for certain completion levels and put story bosses in their “endgame” content then charge £60 for the game is beyond me. I can't even be bothered to attempt eye of the storm because of how ridiculous it actually is in terms of cost, reward and everything in between
Not almost impossible to get gold solo, actually impossible. Even if playing perfectly and not allowing a single enemy to get within the circle to stop progress on the pillar, by the time all three are complete as a solo you're already in silver territory. Silver is the best a solo player can get.
Almost feels like it was a different team that designed all three Yagak encounters.
They have a completely different rhythm to the rest of the game, lack trash mobs and are honestly pretty boring. (1st one was ok).
Had to completely change my build to solo this as my normal build relies on having a lot of enemies on the map to regen health through skill leech and generate additional AP for damage (Acari set). There are so few enemies in the entire encounter that build just doesn't work.
Once you've learnt the encounter it's minutes of boredom where you literally run in small circles to avoid the Strix attacks with no other enemies on the map. The only relevant bit of the fight is the couple of moments of panic when Yagak spawns his two elites three times as his health goes down, which will wipe you with perma-stagger attacks if you don't spot and freeze them as soon as they spawn and then guess what – restart the whole thing and another 9 and a bit minutes of boredom waiting for pillars to descend with nothing to fight.
Worst encounter in the entire game imo including all other expeditions and story missions.
The more i see… More likely i am to finish story and done…
I know how to get stopped from being kicked where the boss is located the answer is play with friends you know in person or play solo but I know you shouldn't have to play it that way
I just dont bother with EotS. Ran it once and by the time i was done with the thrid pillar, i just hit the silver mark time. And then got OHK by a sword dude. Never went back. Not worth the pain.
And we need more content creators like you that tell these pushy players how it is because there are so many content creators out there trying to be the good guy they never say anything to deal with the problem and that is why I respect you because you say what needs to be said
Lengedary armor…thats hilarious Bill. Like I could ever get a legendary…yet alone armor or any set of armor. As for EOTS, I cannot figure it out well enough to solo. Keep in mind, I dont watch vids, use glitches, or cheats. So, I guess im not smart enough to complete a useless task. Cheers

I've given up on the game. I can't believe how lazy the devs were, considering it took them 5 years. Too late to refund, so the icon of the game remains on my desktop. A disappointing monument of failed expectations and bitter experiences.
I definitely hear you man. To be honest we really payed for a beta. We love the game but it’s so messed up
If only they had packed the entry fee for "the eye of the storm" behind a real money paywall. My lifetime to farm the resources for the access is worth significantly more than any real money entry fee (in direct comparison and the technical fail chance). 😒 For me the game is currently the disappointment of the year and I am currently having 100 times more fun with "Horizon Zero Dawn CE" (PC) than this game could ever give me. 😊
Well done for trying at least far more patient than I was with it, though the stone set is still pretty broken damage-wise (Running it on T15 currently) if you want to go for a Devastator Firepower build. The only problem is there's no way of knowing what the hell you're grinding for and I got the set completely on accident.
So as a technomancer, I tried Eye of the Storm solo. I lost zero time on pillars able to kill every wave while standing in the pillars. Ran as fast as I could to the next pillar, and repeated. I had zero down time while charging the pillars. It was going great until I finished charging the last pillar and looked at the progress bar. By the time the boss finished his cutscene, the gold timer was already like 85-90% through. It would literally be impossible to solo gold unless you could somehow kill the boss in the 45 seconds or so that remained in the gold timer. I got the boss down to about 2/3 health and the big adds showed up nonstop jumping on me and my coldsnap did not freeze them so they just ate me for lunch. There goes 40k resources.
My biggest problem with this game, stuck on sign in.. like, still mate? Still?
Dude the lag is so bad I died got up died then walked around dead then actually dropped dead 🤷♂️
I find it hilarious how you can’t go into cover for five seconds but NPC’s can’t camp out until fucking Xmas comes around!🤷♂️

Why are you even still playing this? its clear you are not having a great time. I uninstalled it a week ago because lets face it, the game is average and with all the bugs and balance issues. It's not even worth the time.
There is only 1 og looter shooter and thats borderlands at least in borderlands u can use any character and any endgame build and still do more than enough damage at endgame so u want to be a tank or healer borderlands has u covered outriders screw u over cause the only 2 builds that are viable are firepower or anomaly no diversity which makes outriders boring
