i got this game order for the ps5 and might not be able to get a ps5 untill December this year but this game looks fun I just want to wait untill it gets up dated a bit more looter shooters are my favorite

3 questions:
1) Do mods tacks? Example: 2x the same mode = more powa?
2) Do the player power stats on the gun/armor always change or are they locked? Example: as a telekinetic THIC BOI, I don't want + long-ranged DMG on my SG.
3) What is the icon next to your player power stats on gun/armor?
