It's not even headphones it's mostly elite perception skill. this thing is OP. I can guarantee you headphones, even most linear and expensive ones doesn't provide any massive advantage in hearing than a 100-200$ IEMs/ Headset. If you're using 50$ V-shaped shit without mids then sure, the difference would be there.
So he really just tanked a head shot of 762 BP from a mutant, helmet didn't event take no damage crazy.
