I wouldn't mind a peaceful mode tbh because alot of people run solo sloop (including me) and it just sucks when you get good loot just to almost reach an outpost to see a ship with more people trying to take your hard earned stuff, then when you try to run they chase you across the map not letting you get away. Though I also like other ships and players for the different people you come across.
