Basically riot is trying to make viego as toxic as possible for the game, a fkin useless shitty champ in jgl and still bad in lane, the problem with him is that by a single enemy mistake he can 1 v 5 and turn over the game… And rito tries to fix it by deleting him from lanes? they chopped a third of his E range off… imagine if TF’s ult had its range shortened by a third. People would be up in arms raging at riot because they gutted the one thing that made the champ worth playing. Asol is the same, his play style revolves around roaming and applying a ton of pressure on the map late game, neutering his E like this is going to kill the champion (as if he wasn’t already dead). What have they done to my poor space puppy :c

I'm guessing Riot doesn't know what to do with Asol anymore, cause of his bizarre and unique kit/playstyle… Asol's having a severe identity crisis rn
It genuinely pisses me off that there are champions that have been problematic nearly every patch and get compensation buffs and mini reworks just to work them back into the meta. Then, along comes A. Sol with some of the same issues and instead of trying to fine tune him, they completely rework his kit and removed the most of what made him fun and interesting for the sake of making him "more balanced and more popular." Even worse yet: they failed in almost every way.
They only lowered the already low overall playrate of the champion and increased the one-trick winrate as a result. It sucks because he has such a cool design with one if not the most unique kit in the game at the time and they essentially tried once and gave up. I don't even play the champ and it pisses me off.
