  1. used to love gaming on an xbox one socially with mates but it has never replaced my PC – currently rocking a 5800X and 6800 XT and the consoles just can't come close to that level of performance – albeit for a lot more money lol. Plus I need keyboard/mouse so until all games support that by default on consoles I wouldn't even try it

  2. Ok, I'm impressed…. a PC gamer that didn't totally flame the Xbox series one X…. I appreciate that noting that you DID point out where the PC smoked the Xbox like you should for your PC people base….

  4. So my monitor will support VRR but the resolution sets to 1080p and in the settings it says 60hz. I'm trying to decide if that is better or manually changing the settings to 1440p @ 60hz OR 1080p @ 144hz. (It might be 120hz in the settings. I can't remember)

  5. It's clear that consoles have come a long way with the new generation.. But I made the switch to PC back in the late 90's and there's definitely no coming back from it.. You just can't beat the feeling of playing on a good PC, plus you can do so much more with it. And if you build them yourself even better πŸ™‚

  6. This is called "aim assist". Its an aim bot provided by game developers, usually used by illiterate junkies, who also have multiple warrants out for their arrest, and spend more money on weed than most people spend on mortgage payments. But that's just a guess, based solely on the observed literacy rate of kill-coms and squad chat in Warzone.

So no, giving these sky-high console gamers an aim-bot, AND high refresh rate, AND an FOV slider sounds like a shyt idea.

  7. Great video! Btw, Apex will only put console players into the same lobbies as PC players if one of the players in the party is on PC. Otherwise, console players only play against other console players.

So while the lack of an equivalent experience sucks, you don't have to worry about dying to PC players.
