Penne Arrabiata
Panne pasta boiled – 200gm
Italian red sauce – 150gm
Chicken boneless – 150gm
Mustard paste – 15gm
Chilli sauce – 10ml
Salt – 3gm
Chicken powder – 3gm
Black pepper – 3gm
Red chili flakes – 5gm
Lemon juice – 5ml
Permesan cheese – 50gm
Olive Oil/cooking oil – 20gm
Garlic – 10gm
Directions:
Wash the chicken and cut into small finger size pieces. Now add mustard sauce, salt, black pepper, red chilli sauce, lemon juice in a bowl and marinate the chicken. Add chicken powder in it. Keep it in fridge for 2 hours. Take a pan, add oil in it. Stir some garlic in hot oil. Add chicken into it once garlic turns golden. Cook it well. Add Italian sauce into it, some salt and chicken powder. Mix it well. Add boil pasta and cheese. Mix well. Penne Pasta is ready to serve.
