When is the video about shadowflame singed?
When kog bursted you, you had 80mr, but he had so much flat pen. 18 from sorcs, 6 from ludens, 10-20 from shadowflame and 10 from mythic passive. So you effectively had between 36 and 26 mr vs him. If he had void staff, it would basically all be true damage. Shadowflame brings some absurd possibilities for mages to deal true damage.
Ludens/Rocketbelt + sorcs + shadowflame + void is an insane 3 item spike and the rocketbelt version would work on singed and also allow you to proc sudden impact for even more penetration.
I am scared of seeing senna with this buff. Senna swain gonna run the meta

What about that keystone with mandate? Should proc mandate, slows them and gives your team movespeed for kiting and the dmg reduction from the keystone
