Escape From Tarkov 12.9 Update brought changes to Woods, new items, new weapons, and new tasks. While the quests remain mostly the same (with a few exceptions), that doesn’t make them any easier!

Pharmacist (Therapist) Written Walkthrough:
In order to complete this quest, you’ll need Dorm room 114 Key. Go to Customs and head towards the Military Checkpoint (AKA Scav Checkpoint) on the road on the side of the map with the orange boilers.
You will find a blue sedan parked at the base of the red brick tower (where a sniper scav normally spawns). The trunk of this sedan is already opened, and the key can be found in the jacket. Assuming it hasn’t already been looted, Dorm Room 114 Key can be found inside the jacket but is not guaranteed. It can also be found on scavs, file cabinets, or other jackets.
After retrieving it, move to the two-story dorm building. On the first floor (left side after entering through the front), room 114 can be found. Unlock the door and check on top of the safe to locate the Carbon case.
Finally, you need to extract successfully with the case. If you die, you will have to restart this task.
