My interpretation of events: Pico needs his shirt back to color since he bleached it too much. He calls senpai, who is the delivery guy. A while later senpai accidentally runs his car right into BF, walking across the street to visit the dad and GF. Dad was right outside and heard the crash, he went out to check what happened and the BF was dead, and the Senpai was there in shock of what he did. Cue the senpai and dad arguing while pico is still waiting for the synthetic dye.
