What’s up guys and gals, I’m Kage848. I love to make videos for Youtube, mostly early access survival games like 7 Days to Die, Empyrion, Raft, Mist Survival, The Forest, and more! I also dabble in City Builders and strategy games like Civilization 5, Civilization 6, Dawn of Man, Stonehearth, Factorio and Rim World. I do at least two videos everyday of mainly tutorials, let’s plays and general gameplay footage. Thanks for watching my videos.

This Early Access game is not complete and may or may not change further. If you are not excited to play this game in its current state, then you should wait to see if the game progresses further in development.

  1. I had an unprotected farm in the black forest and it kept getting attacked, so I had to moat it in the end. It isn't normally an issue but if you get ground shaking, in particular, the trolls will attack the farm since they can't get to you.

  2. You can farm vertically in valheim. It doesn’t look very pretty, but if you raise the ground and then expand out to a wall you can use the cultivator on the flat-top part and it will allow you to farm down the sides of the wall

Edit; you also complained about wasting stone – you can use your already dug moat as a vertical farm, although I suggest using the parts where the side isn’t jagged. Since you’ve already cultivated ground above, you could potentially start farming on the moat walls next to your farm, even if they are a bit janky. If you decide to make them even, you will have to re-cultivate the top to plant down the sides

  3. Oh! I didn't think you could break the monoliths! I know what people are talking about: it's so high I couldn't jump all the way to the top. You can't confuse it with anything else

  4. To get the ground level lay down a grid with wood beams and use them as a reference for ground level, so you'll know what's off, and where you need to fix it from. Sometimes you need to pickaxe the ground, sometimes you need to raise it.

  5. The stone is showing through the wood floor because you aligned the floor with the ladder. Put a wood beam on the stone wall, put the floor on the wood beam, then you can destroy the wood beam and place the wood floors aligning with the first one.

  6. You can not hunt the serpent without the harpoon because the meat and scales will sink and you will not be able to get them. The harpoon lets you drag the serpent onto the land so when you kill it you can actually get what it leaves behind.

Those were not the pillars. They are square and HUGE… like 10×10 and 60 high.

  7. Man i got this game 4 days ago..already have like 30 hours..I'm hooked. Just wish there were higher quality textures available as the game looks good without them. it would look so much better with them O_O. Id like them to be optional though, not enforced into the game. So people could toggle em off if they want the older feeling..so it caters to both generations..xD. This game is absolutely amazing though. Iv always wanted one like this that works offline too..and keeps character progression and this one is an absolute diamond.

  8. The thing about the wolves is yes you want 2 star wolves, the thing with them is you have to bring them to your base and breed them. The original wolves you tame in the snow biome do not disappear. What happens is they return to their original spawn point. If you go back to where you tamed them they will be walking around their spawn point. If you breed them, they will stay where they were born (spawned). That is the only workaround for this problem till Iron Gate fixes their wolf taming code.

  9. I found if I collapse a building for the stone and don't loot the chest, the chest is destroyed but the loot is not. The Loot was mixed in with the rest of the debris. Would be nice if they added some type of drawbridge so you don't have to always leap the moat gap

  10. The stone structures to mine are not the ones you looked at, which where maybe ~2, 3 or 4 times as high as you. The interesting ones are more like 20 to 50 times as high as you and also thicker. Much bigger than the fingers at the Yagluth forsaken altar. They are only found in some plains biomes.

  11. Putting your weapon and shield on your back helps you save a small amount of stamina. You use more stamina having it drawn the whole time while sprinting, as opposed to keeping your weapon holstered and then drawing it when you agro an enemy.
