"xiao, you two-thousand-year-old buffoon." venti gave the blue-haired male a nasty look.

"it sneaked up on me, i couldn't help it." xiao frowned at their blown-up house that you and venti had worked on for two hours.

you, xiao and venti had been playing minecraft for six hours straight now.

you three usually had sleepovers together every week and venti brought over minecraft today and suggested they play it.

xiao, being the absolute boomer he was, barely knew anything about the game, which left you and venti to keep him alive.

well, you could've if xiao didn't wander off into the woods and scream strings of curse words at an enderman as it chased him down the world as you and venti watched with an exasperated expression.

xiao had singlehandedly died 10 times in the six hours they were playing and he wouldn't stop mumbling about how it was a horror game and how the endermen and creepers should be banished to the farthest depths of hell.

"stop being mean, venti." you elbowed venti's side, noticing how xiao was already getting pouty at the insult venti threw at him.

you were often the middle ground for xiao and venti, with the latter always initiating fights with xiao causing the two thousand-something-year-old males to be reduced to 5-year-olds bickering over a plush toy.

you'd gotten used to it throughout your friendship but it was often exhausting being the only sane one.

"come on, stop fighting, we'll rebuild it together." you approached xiao's character in the game and dumped a couple stacks of wood his way, to which he spam crouched in gratefulness.

"fine, but so help me if he lures a creeper to our base one more time i'm going to drop kick him."

"not if i drop kick you first." xiao taunted back.

"if you midgets don't chill the fuck out-"

"midgets!?" they exclaimed in unison, both now staring at you.

it didn't take them both long to arm diamond swords and start to chase you down.

"no, please! i'm sorry!" you exclaimed in desperation as you watched them flail their swords at you from behind.

    "evil conquering!" xiao yelled.

"think you can get away?" venti taunted, a hint of playfulness in his voice as he dropped his controller and tackled you in real life.

you gasped in surprise at the action, your controller flying out of your grasp while both of you tumble down to the floor.

venti immediately targeted your weak spots and started tickling you, causing you to burst out in laughter.

"ven-venti! please- st-stop it!" you giggle, barely being able to make out his smiling face as your arms flailed wildly in an attempt to defend yourself.

"x-xiao! h-help, p-please!" you reach out a single arm to xiao, who cocks his head to the side.

    "i don't think i will."

"tr-tra-traitor!" you stuttered out through laughs out as he continued to watch 'cluelessly', feigning innocence.

not even a few seconds later, he immediately dives into the pile and helps venti tickle you, much to your dismay.

"i fu-fucking hate y-you two." you barely manage to say as you finally manage to fling both of their arms from your body.

they both smiled in unison. "we love you too."

  4. Story time? Hell yeah, I've been away for too long. Soooo I'm gonna write an extremely long story!

(PS: this is not a Xiaoven ship story, it's more of a group of friends thing)

Also I'm sorry for all of the grammar mistakes I made while writing the story, my brain malfunctioned!

(All 3 of you are 16)

    「• Modern Day, high-school •」

"Yahoo! I won again! I beat you again, Y/N!"
Venti, being the lively and adorable guy he is, cheered for himself. He lightly and gently pushed on your shoulder as you lowered your head in disappointment.
"Argh, but I was so close!"
You laughed, looking up at Venti. He laid on the ground, his hands under his head as he relaxed on the ground with a smile on his face- a proud smile on his face.
    "Well, a win's a win!"
Venti smirked and looked over at you. He giggled, and sat up again. He patted your back as you thought about how close you were to winning.
"C'mooooon Y/N! This is only the second round, let's go play the third one!"
A light in your eyes began to glow with determination as you picked up the controller and looked over at Venti. This time you were determined to beat him! But, your eyes directed towards the third controller. Nobody else was here to play right now, and you were afraid that it'd get boring with the cycle of either you or Venti winning at the only competitive game he owned. Oh, yeah, you were at his house right now since his parents weren't home and nobody could really stop the two of you from hanging out here like the old days.
Nevertheless, you thought about what went on in school earlier as Venti hummed to himself like the bubbly teenager he is.

You recalled Xiao, a close friend of yours and Venti's. You were a group of 3 in your childhood, (Childehood), always hanging out in either your house, Venti's house or Xiao's house- but mainly Venti's. However, you all began to visit each other less for a variety of reasons. Venti's parents were worried since his mother caught a life-threatening disease and didn't want to spread it around to other people, so she ended up isolating herself in her room. Anyone who wasn’t from the family couldn't enter the house while she was present, so that's a thing.
Xiao, honestly just was too afraid to ask you guys to come visit for some reason, but he hasn't really asked for you guys to come around like, ever- it was mainly Venti who requested to hang out, but now school's getting busier and busier so there are less opportunities to hang out. Plus the fact that he has to take care of his mother on the weekends also stopped you all from hanging out in the household.

Buuuut now's your only chance to hang around each other again like before. Now's the only chance, and this chance is something you nor Venti would like to miss out on.

    "Venti?"
You spoke, before the game started once more. Venti paused the game and looked over at you.
    "Yeah?"

"Wanna invite Xiao over? I mean, this is our only chance and if he isn't busy then we coul–"
You were then cut off by Venti's bubbliness.
"Yeah, of course! We haven't hung out like this in months, of course, of course!"

A smile appeared on your face as your friend cheered and showed excitement. Gosh, this feeling of serotonin is something you really missed.
You picked up your phone, and gave Xiao a call. He picked up, and on the second ring too- he never missed out on a phone call, especially phone calls from his closest friends.

    "Hello?"
The voice on the other line spoke.

"Hey, Xiao! Venti and I were wondering if you wanna come by, we're playing some games at his house right now, and since we haven't hung out in a while- I thought, why not?"

There was a moment of silence after you spoke, but something about this made you feel like a smile was forming on Xiao's face. Although you couldn't really speak with the guy as much nowadays, you have a feeling deep down inside you that Xiao also misses the old days.

"Yeah, of course. I'll be there soon."

A smile formed on both your face and Venti's after those words were spoken. You could tell that Xiao was somewhat excited by the small, breathy-laugh he made before saying "Yeah".

"Great, that's great. I'll see you then!"
You hung up the phone, and turned over to Venti who was struggling to open his water bottle. You giggled as he pouted while glaring at the cap of the bottle.

"Y/N, can you help meeee? These stupid water bottles are always so hard to opennn!"

You laughed even more, and nodded. You took the water bottle from his hands and also tried to open it to no avail. The cap was buttery, slippery, making your hand slide whenever you twisted and turned. Your grip on the cap grew stronger, but the bottle still refused to open.

"The water bottles with these tiny caps are always so hard to open!"
Venti whined while observing your attempt to open the water bottle. Finally, with a sigh you let go of the water bottle- still jammed shut.

"Ahh, the water bottle won't open."
You handed the bottled water back to Venti as he sighed, too.

"I'll try again later. Right now I'm a bit hungry, I'm gonna go grab some chips. Do you want some?"
Venti asked, getting up and walking towards the cabinet full of snacks. Damn, when you were younger, Venti, you and Xiao would always sneak up to the cabinet and pull out your favorite kinds of snacks. But, the cabinet was always locked and none of you ever managed to reach the cabinet keys hanging from the wall. But, now either one of you could just grab the keys and unlock the cabinet to get whatever snacks you wanted.

Suddenly, you snapped out of your memories as you realized Venti was snapping his fingers in your face a hundred times.

"Heyyyy, Y/N!! Do you want chips or not?"

    "Ah, sorry- sure."

Venti nodded at your response and unlocked the cabinet, searching for some chips. The cabinet always consisted of pocky, chips, granola bars, crackers, wafer sticks, gummies, chocolate bars, gum, and other stuff.

Just as Venti grabbed two small bags of chips, the doorbell was rung outside and the both of you immediately knew who it was.

    "I'll go get it!"
You said, getting up from the floor and sprinting towards the front door. There, you opened it up and saw Xiao in his hoodie and oversized pants. A smile formed on your face, and a tiny smile was already on his.

"Hey Xiao! Come in, Venti's grabbing some chips right now and we're about to start a game!"
You spoke cheerfully as the teenager walked inside. You closed the front door and locked it. Xiao took his shoes off, revealing the socks you gave to him for Christmas almost two years back. Surprisingly, it still fits him perfectly- but doesn't match his attire at all.

    "Oh, hey Xiao!"
Venti greeted, from the other side of the room, carrying three small bags of chips. He ran over to the both of you.
Xiao waved a hello, still having a tiny smile on his face. Seeing the both of you in a house he hasn't been in for months on end really makes his day a bit better.

Afterwards, all three of you sat down by the controllers with your bags of chips, and played a bunch of games. You guys had a really good time, and it was fun hanging out together- just like the old days.

    「 • Four hours later.. • 」

"Venti, just wondering, where is your family?"
    You asked Venti.

"Hmm, well I'm pretty sure they're traveling to get my mom some medicine. My mom's with my grandpa, and my dad's getting my mom's medicine. Oh, and I also asked him to get some milk since we ran out last night. Thing is, they'll be staying over at my grandpa's for the remainder of tomorrow and Sunday, so I basically have the whole weekend to myself."
Venti replied calmly as he set a village on fire in Minecraft.

"Ah, I see. Wait, if your parents aren't home, then–"
You were cut off by Venti's words once more.

"–That you'll be able to stay over tomorrow and Sunday? Of course! That is, if you want to."
Venti giggled as your eyes sparkled. You guys never actually got to hang out in each other's houses day after day, no matter what day of the week it was. You smiled, and felt a rush of serotonin inside you. Heck, even Xiao was… somewhat surprised too. You both looked at each other and back at Venti, who turned his attention back to killing an iron golem.

You both smiled a bit more, and continued on with your minecraft games too. Eventually, you and Xiao had to leave since it was getting rather late. In a rush before you left the game, you had accidentally placed your minecraft bed in between Xiao's minecraft bed and Venti's.
You and Xiao said goodbye to Venti, and you gave him a hug. Then, you both left. You had a nice conversation about some really popular anime, and said your goodbyes to each other as the two of you had to part ways. You hugged Xiao too before you left, and then continued on back to your house.

What a good day you had with them!

  5. yeah so i wasn't able to write a pov earlier but here it is.

"no! i didn't get a five-star!" you whined as you were greeted with the blue wish. as you frowned at your phone's screen, venti peered over your shoulder.

"how close to pity are you?" he asked, his own phone on your desk.

"to soft pity? sixteen," you answered.

xiao, whose head was in your lap as you sat on your bed, raised his head slightly. "you still haven't gotten a five star?"

"oh, be quiet," you snapped, knowing that his first five star was at nineteen to pity. you had just started playing and were only adventure rank twenty-nine.

"cheer up, [name], you'll get one soon," venti said, but your response was "look! at! how! little! primogems! i! have!" and your phone being shoved in his face.

"ha, imagine only having ten primogems," he teased, and you glared at him.

"shut up," you mumbled, exiting the wish screen and sighing. although you didn't enjoy these moments of the two ganging up on you, you still wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

  6. Bro I had a great Pov and then I just Discarded kill me.

    Last Player Standing/ Friends Forever
Warnings: D æ + h. So don't read this when you just |0$+ someone. (Bro idk why I censor this I'm just scared because YouTube is sensitive)

Your two best friends, Venti and Xiao.

Your bond with them was unbreakable.

Back then, you were new to the neighborhood and nervous, as you weren't this far from your family.

    You were a loner.

Until you met Xiao and Venti.

They were quite surprised to see you be talkative, but accepted it nonetheless. Heck, it made them like you even more.

The sound of three controls being pressed fastly overlapped with the sound emitting from the screen.

"Aw man." Venti frowned as he died from fall damage.

You and Xiao looked at each other and laughed while Venti crossed his arms and pouted

"It's not funny!" He yelled, embarrassed.

"Don't worry about it, it happens to the best of us." You smiled and Xiao nodded.

That made Venti a tad bit better.

"Well… don't make me slow you down! Come on, press resume!" He exclaimed as you giggled and resumed the game

It was now you and Xiao only.

As you both were doing unity attacks without Venti, both of you kinda failed a bit but it's all good.

"Oh no" Xiao muttered as he got flung into the air and die.

"Well, I guess it's up to me now." You held your controller tight.

You dodged the boss's attacks and deflected the special attack it did, damaging them instead.

You drank a jumping potion and pressed the jump button, aimed an arrow at the boss, and shot it.

Boss was now at 12% health.

Venti was covering his eyes while peeking from time to time as he clung onto Xiao for dear life, as Xiao just watched with his mouth slightly open.

With the final hit of your arrow, the Boss was slain and your eyes widened.

    It was done

"You did it.." Xiao muttered and Venti embraced you and laughed.

"We did it." You corrected him while the end cut scene played and the credits started.

    The end.

It said on the screen. You were once snapped back into reality

    Everything had an end.

It ate you away, the fear.

The fear of losing everyone you love.

"Will our friendship end like the video game..?" You asked, with the two boys looking at you.

"You mean like fighting a huge boss?" Venti asked while Xiao lightly hit the back of Venti's head.

"They meant like how video games end when you're done with it." Xiao explained.

"Ohhh… Well, of course not. We're gonna be friends forever, whether you like it or not." Venti told you.

    "Friends until the end?"

"Friends forever." Venti said as Xiao smiled and muttered "Friends forever" too.

Oh how you remenisced on the good times.

You were 76 now, an accomplished author who made fantastic books about how time is cruel to humans.

You were all alone. Well, alone physically to be exact.

Venti, became a great music professor. Some of his students even became a famous band.

Xiao became an Athletics coach, one of the players got to the nationals.

But alas, everything has an end.

Venti, went missing proclaimed to be dead. 34 years old.

You and Xiao were devastated, but kept being friends for each other and for Venti.

But then the Grim Reaper thought it was time for Xiao to go next.

Xiao, car accident. 45 years old.

And then, it was time for you to go.

As you closed your eyes, you felt lighter than air.

"You're finally here." You hear a familiar voice say. You opened your eyes and there they were. Xiao and Venti.

Tears streamed down your face as you embraced both of them. Turns out even death cannot destroy your friendship.

My story, my afterlife rules, sorry if this offends anybody of religion.

When you die, your spirit will take the form of when you were the happiest??? Idk or you just take the form of what you looked like when you died because eh.

“Oi, whoever threw that shell, ya mom’s a ho—“
“Shut it Venti” you grit you teeth as you sped past the other two.
“Make some room for me too” Childe laughed, trying to grab a controller.
“Hands off, ginger. We’re in the last round, you can play in a minute” Xiao says, annoyed.
You scoff as ink covers your section of the screen. Venti giggles next to you as he takes first place.
“Swear to god Venti if you win this round I’m calling Diona over—“ You nudge his shoulder roughly, sending him off trail.
You and Venti collectively gasp as Xiao strides past the both of you.
“How could you! Meanie!” You pout as you finish 2nd place.
“Hah, better luck next time!” Xiao says smugly.
“guYS I LOST TO A F%#$ING BOT” Venti yells as he rolls around. You snicker at his 4th place.
“Both of you owe me extra cuddles later” Venti whines, rubbing his face into your lap.
“Fine, fine” Xiao says, rubbing Venti’s head.

In the end, Childe never got to play.
