PlayStation 5: A Critical Review – 2 Months Later, How Good Is PS5? (Console, DualSense, UI, Games).

It’s been two months since PS5 launched, and it’s time we take a critical look at the console and give it a formal review. What is it really like to use and play daily? Between the console, DualSense, user experience, and games, we’re gonna review all of it. This is PlayStation 5: the good, the bad, and the ugly. I’m in there too, for like – a minute. But we don’t review me, thankfully.

  2. Nice review i just got mine yesterday from Target, finally but when i unbox it notice that the HDMI look cheap and is only High speed not ultra so its means is not 2.1, but it looks great and i get 120 fps 1080p on coldwar and fornite. , should i get a hdmi 2.1? thanks and more power to your channel.

  3. The thing that'll make the most difference is having both a 120hz TV and good HDR performance so you can use both the 'competitive performance' modes in online games or see the massive difference good HDR can make in a game like Spiderman, Horizon, God of War or even Medium (if you're an Xbox owner). That last part made the biggest ''wtf this is gorgeous'' reaction I've had to both games and movies in a long time. Things like raytracing is nice and all, but honestly I think ''oldschool'' lighting and shadow rendering is good enough if it means better performance. But that's just me. Exception might be spiderman because of all the damn window reflections looking much better with raytracing enabled. Other than that I prefer 60 and 120fps modes over 30, mostly not just because of the tighter response in controls but the fact that you can actually still see stuff when moving the camera. 4K is nice, but when you can only see it when standing ab-so-lu-te-ly completely still… yeah.

  4. Had both PS5 and SXS since before xmas, there are very good reasons why PS5 is hard to find and SXS isnt, the two are different generations, SXS is just a major speedbump over the One X, PS5 is the new generation. Dont consider what console to get, consider what PS5 version to get, the digital is a steal pricewise (when available)

  5. Bro have you experienced any problems with those adaptive triggers

Coz there's many complains about it getting broken

And as I'm going to buy it
I want to know if there's any problem

  6. Lmao that design reaction xD
It was the complete opposite of mine. I mostly thought 'this can't be serious' upon seeing that huge ass brain tumor on the bottom right of the disk version. Worst design fail I've ever seen.

I have grown used to the digital version though, that one allows the design they had in mind to actually come through.

  7. I can't put mine on stand by mode. It shuts all the way off after a while and when I go to turn it on with the controller it won't. I have to press the power button and it says it wasn't shut down properly and has to repair. So I have to turn it all the way off to be safe.

  8. Thank you for this video, I'm a current x box one gamer who is seriously contemplating getting a ps5 over the x box series x. You video was very informative in helping me move forward in the decision that I have yet to make. Cheers!

  9. Jesus love you, he died on the cross for you, accept him as your lord and savior he can change everything. For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life" (Jn 3:16"

But you must repent too. From that time Jesus went about preaching and saying, Let your hearts be turned from sin, for the kingdom of heaven is near. (Matthew 4:17)$

  10. I'm gonna be honest, I just don't feel like there are enough release titles for PS5. At this point I've basically played everything and have reverted back to PC. Hope there are some more cool games in the future!

  11. My sister in law just got my son a PS5 yesterday. Took like a month to get it. She overpaid for it but that’s her Prerogative. I’m a little surprised at Sony. The design in my opinion is Awful. You have to attach a base for it to be level. It’s best if you stand it up in my opinion. The one she got him was the digital one It is heavy. That surprised me. I’m 45 years old and go way back to Atari. This has to be one of the weirdest designs For a console I’ve ever seen.

  12. I've had a nightmare with PS5s. First one had cool whine even in rest mode. Replaced by Sony which had no coil whine in rest mode but even louder coil whine during any gameplay. Replacement number 2 was the best yet apart from in 60fps games, which it completely ruined. Then replacement number 3 had no coil whine (yey) but the fan profile changed after 2 days and it was just a different type of noise in everything. It completely ruins quiet or menu scenes even with an amazing Atmos setup I own. My series x is silent no matter what I throw at it. As a last attempt in case Sony were sending me refurbs I've paid a little extra and gone for a newly produced PS5 digital sku.
