It is actually great, Snapdragon 888 with mi 11 drains way more power and isn't as great. If I had to guess there is definently a problem with A78 cores. Although Samsung 5Lpe isn't as good as TSMC's, it can't be the problem since the new Kirin also drains power like crazy and it is made by TSMC
Amazing performance!! I thought I'd let you know, It seems with ios 14.5 Apple increased the power consumption for the iPhone 12 PM to increase FPS performance. I'm going to post the video tomorrow morning. It was using around 5 watts of power now instead of the 4 watts.
probably cheaper cos this phone doesnt have the safety measures in the software? what was the phone temperature at the end of the test? can't really see from the video. iphone and samsung S21 will dim the screen once the phone reaches a certain temperature, it's extremely annoying when gaming under bright sunlight and the screen dims with no option to turn it back up. (auto brightness is off too). I suppose this poco F3 doesnt throttle as much as the other phones too from the test results.
Seems like the same with Mi 10T in performance tho..jumping between frames..probably because of the MIUI..despite the different between the android version(10 in MI 10T and 11 in K40)..the same problem still occur..hope that the new MIUI 12.5 fixed it..
