Alr so heres a 3.0 lore that i made (also if the lore seem bad, just tell me whats wrong and i try to fixe it.)
as we All know, tails was the last victim to eggman, no, that THING hunger
So how could things turn around if sonic was the last victim?
the story begins here
tails saw something was wrong, so he told sonic to stay here while he go around looking for someone, of course sonic also went to look out for someone but eggman saw tails first and he wanted to try something…

In the Main story, eggman ALWAYS eats sonic before tails but this time, its kinda boring, plus that tail.. that tail is the best meat that he had,
tails was going around before he smell.. smoke? as it turns out, metal sonic got a Upgrade and now, tails is gonna be a meal for eggman
"HAH! as you wish buddy!" said tails, as the 2 characters are doing a rap battle, metal was "outrun" by tails
"heh, didn't knew eggman was this bad at making robots" said tails but then… this was a BIG suprise for tails…
