Thanks to a proper understanding of what he’s dealing with, the less technologically advanced but FAR more Exceptional Neander Khan decides he shall instead make up for his lack of rock power with MANPOWER! Excitedly, to give himself time to build up a more capable force, he sends out numerous brutes to tame nature and hold back potential offenders!
