Even without these kind of bugs I still think that League of Legends is a pay to win game . Because of the stupidly changed effects of many ugly skins such as K/DA ALL OUT Kai'Sa I usually become unable to determine which skill is coming at me and therefore probably cant dodge it . I wish there was an option to disable skins man , i really wish that .

dat feeling when a game is completely free to play and you still find ways to btch about it. the only thing you pay are skins and they made it so you can get even some of those for free. The only problem with the game is YOU, the community… sadly they can't patch humanity.
