Aiming is hard af in apex. Coming from a controller the skill ceiling on PC is sky high. These pros have so much time logged on Mkb that they have lost touch with the average player. Aim is also affected about pad, mouse, monitor, ergonomics, etc. It takes a lot of time to get used to Mkb mechanically and also to find the right setup.

Game sense is probably the easiest thing to learn in apex 😂
Taxis got a point. Your movement and game sense will become second nature. Knowing how the map/your character will move and the flow of players. But AIMING? Aiming under STRESS? Between the visual effects, recoil, movement (you and your opponents) and just generally having OFF DAYS? Shits hard man.
Taxi lowkey right tho, aim is capped based on ur reaction time as reaction can only barely be improved. Higher reaction time means more time to correct on target, faster time reacting to movement and get back on target for tracking. It doesn't matter how good ur aim is if u have a rxn time of 400 ms cause unless the person is moving a straight line ur gonna get rekt. This is for mnk of course.

I believe that Aiming is Capped you won’t ever aim like most pros but you can get better then what you are with some practice. You can always learn the movement tho 🤷♂️
I love that it works out for them, but I couldnt possibly watch timmy, wigg and apryze play comp for more than 3 seconds. Holy fudge those guys dont stop talking.
I used to have great aim and fast movement but it’s hard when your motor functions take a hit from something like ataxia and diplopia.
Some people don’t realize that it’s not all ‘point and shoot’ as it seems. I’m one of those people that now experiences a physical disadvantage when it comes to aiming. I honestly thought it was just me being straight shit out of nowhere.
Practice can help but being healthy is more important. If you want to hit those nasty shots, eat your vegetables kids.
Edit: try citrulline if you have problems with hand eye coordination, it’s natural amino acid that occurs in citrus mainly helps oxygen flow to the muscles but also helps with protein production of cells I think it was and it’s helped my coordination get back together a fair bit. Of course do your research, don’t take some random kid’s word for it.
I genuinely have to agree with taxi on the argument tho gun skill is the hardest capped skill movement just takes a bit of learning button combinations and timing, gamesense is mostly listening to audio (when you get audio) and knowing how people play, where as gun skill requires time learning what little recoil control is needed, tracking, timing on certain guns (wingman and pk for example) and the ability to improvise and quickly adjust to slight movements
As a general both gamesense and movement are easier than guns kill ever will be, especially when as you add more movement you have even more situations and scenarios you need to be able to adapt to

The crypto drone clip shows the issue with aim assist. Not that it’s broken but that it will literally latch onto useless things while trying to aim at anything else. There have been so many time where my screen has been dragged into the ground because the game wants me to aim at someone who is downed. Aim assist thinks it’s helping you stay close to a target when in reality it just removes your ability to look anywhere besides where it wants you to.
