  1. tl;dr No…

Long version come on guys we all know new console generations aren't worth it for the first 12 to 18 months… every time there's a supply shortage, and a game shortage… this is nothing new… did we really need a 16 min video to tell us this?

  2. i had ps5 from start and everything you mentioned has not happened with mine, my 2 controllers are fine, the noise is just normal i can’t hear coil and no crashing, but my sone series s xbox had to be sent back for overheating. i remember red ring of death lol that was a killer and i sold more xbox controllers with drift than i had hot dinners

  4. Underwhelming. Save the change get a PC. that’s what I should’ve done. Going to sell my PS five. all my friends are on PC now this is the first generation console where they used their money to get a PC instead and they were smarter for it.

  5. I absolutely love the PS5 it’s been an amazing next gen console, I use it all the time, the newest games load super fast, and have all my PS4 games in a separate hard drive. The console makes all my PS4 games look and play better then they ever did before. Only issue I had was leaving it on rest mode and it crashing, but the latest update seemed to have fixed that problem.

  6. We need more games though. I’m playing 90% PS4 game’s.
I took platinum on Demon’s Souls and completed COD campaign. And now what?
It does make PS4 games much better at least.

  7. No its not worth it. Your better off keeping the 4 and getting a gaming pc. Spending 400 on the basis of having a mic in the controller and Ray tracing and some sound tweaks. Its just not worth the money their asking for. I remember all these reviewers (that get paid for saying this manipulative stuff) saying the same about the 4 and even the 4 was nothing special, with an update evrey other week that actually destabilises it more but it protects the os from hackers. Let's talk about the games that are released before they're tested properly leaving it to be very buggy now once you've bought this game on the ps store for example and you find yourself in a situation where its really buggy and doesn't work, all sales are final and you can't get a refund. Now if you've just spent £350 on the digital version then you'll end up loosing out more then you've gained. Nothing like this is stated in the review because they're paid not to. If your encouraging people to sighn up to the ps plus for the ps5 then its probably not doing so well, hence why they're giving away games on it to make it appear more good for value. Which its not.

  8. Can’t stand the new UI if I’m being honest, every time I turn my ps5 on I’m just lost and how much more effort it takes to get anywhere, much prefer the PS4 UI…hope they change it soon.

  9. The biggest bug bare for me is that it's impossible to route the voice chat output through the TV. For example, if you don't own or want to use a headset, other players' chat comes through the controller speaker and you can't change this! Hopefully that's an issue that a software update will fix though, but apart from that issue I love my PS5!

  10. It's collecting dust right next to the Xbox series X. My Quest 2 and PC are getting way more love especially since they can play together very well (and wirelessly at that). VR is gonna romp pancake games in the very near future.

  11. No VRR, no 3d, Vr was a after thought, trophies and home screen need work, that's my list for negatives but overall I've enjoyed it especially how smooth the gameplay is and of course the games like Spiderman and Demon souls.

  12. I got all 4 consoles now. Ps5, Xbox Series X, Series S and the Switch. All are amazing. The S and the Switch I play. Of course being a parent the kids will always get the better consoles. Love seeing them happy. It’s what parents do. 😊

  13. @Push Square Hi, I had one back in November which I really enjoyed but unfortunately had to return it due to the system that kept on crashing. I think it had to do with the power going out while I was playing, messing up the operating system. I never had a problem till then. I would have just return it to Sony for repairs but they don't delivery to a P.O. Box and this is all I have. Anyways I finally have another one coming Friday, next Tuesday at the latest and I can't wait to get one again, I'm super stoked. I really hope there is no problems with this one. It's almost impossible to go back to a PS4 after you've already had a PS5.

  14. I'm not even that bothered about the ps5 games. It's so nice to play Ps4 games at higher framerates with nicer details. I have that much of a back log I think the ps6 will be close by the time I move to ps5 titles.

  15. The solution to stock availability for both New Gen Consoles is simple; stop online sales of the console and move to STRICTLY in-person brick and mortar sales. The exception being the few locales around the world that my not easily have access to a storefront and would benefit from the online ordering. Otherwise, BRICK AND MORTAR ONLY for at least 6 months to a full year.

  16. Sony is actually half to blame for the stock shortages. Keep in mind that AMD is the sole graphics chip provider for the PS5 and XSX. They actually can't keep up with the production given all the shit circumstances of the latter year.
