  1. Correction: When I explain DLSS and Super Resolution and compare it to dynamic resolution, I fail to explain that they are completely separate from each other. I pretty much make it sound like DLSS and Super Resolution are different types of dynamic resolution implementations when they are actually not. We are talking about AI upscaling which is different. That was an oversight on my part and hopefully I explained the general idea of what DLSS and Super Resolution are well enough for you to get the gist and understand why it is a big deal for these consoles.

What do you think about the PS5 potentially getting this performance boost? Are you excited for Returnal and how do you feel about this Elden Ring leak?

  2. Nice one can't wait to see how future PS5 exclusives will look running on my LG CX. I recently ordered my gaming PC with an RTX3070 in the build so looking forward to it.

  3. Chasing native 4K on consoles is a waste of resources, even the Xbox Series X "with all it's powaa" proved that… For machines that are in nearly all cases plugged into a TV and the player is quite far away, resolution doesn't matter especially when games feature high quality assets. It's the frame rate that's important and of course what new tech does the console bring to the industry for new games to be developed. And the PS5 will bring a hell of a lot of new games simply not possible anywhere else (they will be possible on PC in a few years of course).

  4. I don’t like consoles anymore, they promise to get 4K 120fps and be able to play games at 8k but we’ve already seen that the first statement was false. It reminds me of the last gen consoles when the og Xbox one and ps4 were claimed that they could do 4K and that was quickly ignored but rather than Sony/Microsoft giving an excuse, they had the balls to release an actual console that could scrape 4K at 30fps for casual consumers to dish out even more money. I might as well build a pc, knowing roughly the amount of power it’ll have rather than trusting false advertising. I think it’ll also cost around the same in the long term because I don’t have to pay a subscription to basically have permission to play online even though game servers aren’t dependent on Sony/Microsoft and I’ve seen how good steam sales are.

  5. I usually always pick the 4k 30fps or fidelity mode so this AMD tech will be awesome to see!

Would like to see more next gen games with RT aswell, since playing miles morales it’s so noticeable playing games without RT now!

  6. Been telling everyone lol and this alone proves the ps5 isn't missing as much as some think but we will see more and more in the future and evrryoen will be surprised when thwy hear of the ps5 actually can do that also oll explain this one mroe time the Xbox is a standard desktop version of rdna2 the ps5 is a customized version of rdna2 amd and Sony really customized said chip for the ps5 console people go well its misusing this or that sure that exact thing but they found a way to do the same said thing in a different way its not hard to understand Sony didn't want it to just be the same and that's always what playststion does thwy like things being there own lol

  7. Once again you don’t know what your talking about. This has been known to anyone who knows anything about this stuff for a while. It’s on amds end not Sony’s. It would make absolutely no sense for Sony not to have it. I’m glad your happy but this isn’t news
