Obligatory useless comment: have you tried to plug it off and then on? ;P
Ctrl + alt + del and rma return back to china
Try using second account or remove your account from your console and try to add same account again
Have you tried turning it off & turning it on again?
Try going into your account settings and try restoring your licenses.
Seeing as I don't own a PS5 I won't know if this works, maybe have a scroll through the settings and look for some kind of factory reset option. If this does work it may have a downside of having to reinstall everything. Maybe you could try calling a Sony helpline.
Power off ps5, hold power button for 7 seconds till you hear second beep, connect controller with usb cable, loads safe boot menu, option 5 for database rebuild. 🤞

For real though, this bug is happening on ps4 too so i dont know what the hell is up.
Turn off PS5, plug in your controller, hold power button til you hear second beep then it will go to safe mode once in safe mode select “Rebuild Database” also this seems to be an internet connection issue 💯
Looks like maybe your DNS requests for thumbnail art aren't coming through. Try power cycling your router and if that doesn't work maybe set your DNS to 8.8.8.8 if it's running on the default which would be your ISP.

It’s normal, you restarted xbox to fix ps5 UI. You should restart your ps5 not xbox.
Have you tried setting it to Wumbo?
I those are just certain games. I’ve had the same problem on my ps5. Had it for less than two weeks
A big PlayStation channel told me: "Never seen it on ps5 but back on PS4 it was sorted with a license refresh/restore."
I've read that to make the icons on the dashboard re-appear you have to reinstall the game you uninstalled and then uninstall it again(until it works, because it will, that's what people keep saying)
But, i don't know if this will fix also the other icons on the psn etc
I'd like to help, but the Internet is not being very forthcoming with answers. This seems to be something that's cropped up on both the PS4 and PS5 within the last day or so. My educated guess is that either they've got some sort of unusual server issue at their end, or this is the side-effect of some sort of firmware update that they pushed out. In either case, it may turn out that the only thing you can do is wait.
