Tbh I didn't see the whole vid but I feel like you don't need that much cd reduction on Pyke ultimate since you already have ultimate hunter unless your playing aftershock but I hate that rune even when I'm playing vs leona.
Edit: wait a minute is axium arc a mythic item because if it's not then I would probably run it for its stats ….
This could be a excellent item for Pantheon! His R has one of the longest CD i think, so this reduction per kill would be nice

Ahm… when you get 4 resets, the ult will still be available for the 5th enemy champ. If you successfully aced them, the passive of Axiom for Pyke is SO UNNECESSARY SINCE THEY'RE ALL DEAD ANYWAY. By the time they're in lane, your ult is prolly already back up.
I feel like because of the new comeback mechanics sion chogath and nunu will become very popular outside of jg to help steal/secure the objectives because of the bounties and suicide sion tower pushing can single handedly bring the team back into the game

This item is a must use for my gameplay on any champ , 25% reduction each kills , its far from broken
With all cooldown item , tf might be hard to catch lol

But if Hullbreaker doesn't have to be a mythic, then nothing else can surprise me by being legendary.
on karthus and soraka is going to be nice, no not on yuumi, maybe.

Yeah they need definite nerfs, kills with ult should not count towards its cooldown. And honestly they should lower it to like 15% because 25% is waaay to high, because people like tryndamere and pyke are just going to NEVER DIE
i otp pyke and i love this change but his banrate and pickrate will go 100% which actually sucks
