You can try this build with cosmic drive instead of rylais maybe, lowers W and E cds enough for shields anyway but this way you will be the fastest man alive trying to abuse the crown shield as much as possible with highest movespeed and once the cosmic phase rush effect procs you can also kinda get out like you got scuffed rylais.
