Without seeing the video I will try to guess, Nasus will play under tower (freezing probably) fiora will be unable to kill him for the tower, she will receive a gank by enemy jungler and Nasus will "win" the lane

That fiora is too aggresive and pushes the wave so much. Thats nosense because you let him freestack undertower and if he withers u, u are 100% probably getting ganked and you dont escape.
Most of the times when you freeze against nasus, it forces him to max E, so he goes getting behind. you then get your first item, beat him easily and outscale him.
Dont know why those fioras are SO aggresive.
With fiora, you beat nasus easily if you play patient.
