  1. For the widescreen thingy:
You don't actually have to do anything in League, the important thing is that windows treats the multi monitor setup as "one screen".
I have a 32:9 (because I wanted 2 monitor setup without border in the middle), and if I tell the monitor to identify itself as one 32:9 device (instead of two 16:9), I can set League to 3840×1080 from the dropdown. It is funny, I can see top- and mid lane simultaneously. However, there's three drawbacks:
    a) Minimap is not in your field of view (or if you re-locate it it's "in the middle")
    b) Scrolling by going to the edge of the screen doesn't work very well for sideways scrolling (obviously)
    c) and this is the most important one, as it is not a commodity: the VFX renderer does only seem to draw indicators and effects for the middle area of the window. E. g. if enemy Chogath casts Q in the middle of your screen, you'll see the indicator on the ground, but if he casts it on the side, you see his body do the animation, but no indicator on the ground. Not sure if that's a bug or performance optimization or even intentional restriction, but it's actually limiting the usefulness.

  2. 3:47 The 10 monitor joke doesn't quite work because the top-bottom width of the middle of your screen is fixed, meaning the wider your resolution is, the more of the rift you can see side-to-side. I play on a 32:9 (5120×1440) aspect ratio, so I see about 60% of the map side-to-side, but the same vertical range as anybody else.
It'd be a big budget video, but showing off league on a super-ultrawide monitor might make for some interesting content.

  3. All memes aside, while the kda worlds performance was a joke, I do think it's a cool concept if they can develop that technology and make it seem more realistic. Idk, I feel like there's potential there, even if it looks goofy rn.
